Be-ing open minded, be-ing sensitive,

becoming more aware, increasing one's Perception,

these are our Goals.

Would You prefer the Truth or deception, do you prefer to be lied to or would you rather make an informed decision based upon the Truth (?)

What is the Truth (?)  How does one Know it (?). Where does it come from (?)

from common sense and rationality.  whose responsible for what (?)

there are six questions one can raise and attempt to answer to help one solidify an Answer to pressing problems or circumstances.  In 1560, a male rhetorican named Thomas Wilson listed the following six questions to ask about any question and to which might help clarify one's consideration of various factors surrounding the circumstance, or the "Truth."  In one's own, unique analysis therefore "is one's truth found."

Speaker

Do you want to know a secret? Do you promise to share? Just sit for a few minutes. And let's see what this secret is we're speaking about. Sitting down. If you make this effort, sit down, make that effort also, to be comfortable, to be in an environment where you, where one can more easily focus and concentrate. These are often sought-after, initial attributes of a meditative experience, undisturbed location, comfortably postured, attired. As importantly as these particular aspects of one's demeanor are, it is the interest and curiosity of our subject matter, mindful meditation. It is what brings one to the physical, is one's spirit, is one's mind. We have joined together as one in the sense of a comfortable posture, undisturbed, settling into examining within the context of our physical frame, of our organism, of our bodies, of our physiology, what's going on. Am I comfortable? And the answer is yes. And continually working on it, monitoring it. And one notices more from this initial realization. One comes into contact with the warmth one's body's emanating, one's breathing, one's heart's pulsing, the pulsation of our blood streams throughout our bodies, the tingling of our cells, the processes of our life's maintenances, our ongoing activities, being alive of the things that we are doing, seeing, hearing, thinking, smelling, tasting, all of these different things. And more. Much more. Millions of times more are the number of things going on for each of us as these words are conveyed from one set of lips to one set of ears. It is an endless cycle like one's breath. It does not stop, it reaches a different flowing moment of its journey, whatever that is. And so too, with ourselves, do we allow ourselves now to be more relaxed, calm, tranquil, to allow the weight of our bodies in the gravity of our planet to allowing this to pull us down gently, to spread our foundation more widely, to ground us more totally, wherein now we are beginning to feel a foundation physically of ourselves, individually, uniquely of ourselves, for this is what it is. Being here now, meaning to be here in the integrity of this moment, that is as it is proceeding, firstly, and then all other things combined to join it on one's foundation, a large stew of awareness, allowing this, feeling inside this temptuous being a myriad of events or items occurring right now, allowing one's curiosity to expand beyond the limitations of one's skin into the atmosphere, like one's heat, other energies pursuing outward, one's sensitivities, allowing one's receptivity to be rewarded with recognition, being accepting of what one views, and doing so in an observer, witnessing motivation, how can I improve what am I seeing? What am I doing now? Finding one's eternal energy, internal, eternal, external are all the same. It is a perspective of energy. Where is the viewer from this standpoint? From what conceptual direction is one viewing? Are you standing outside of oneself and looking in a reflection of a mirror or a body of water or in one's mind's eye, or in the glint of glasses? Figurative or literal. Being wide open in one's view, everything tied together in this ubiquitous ocean of energy in which we thrive, we breathe, we are immersed, thinking about these things, having a wonderful day, remembering to remember whom and what we are, bundles of miracles, humbled in the immensity of creation, thankful.
