Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

I see all good people. Oh. How lucky we are to be breathing and aware. Heart circulating our energies. Feeding our bodies, our minds. How lucky we are to be alive. Sparkle and shine with radiance. We are. Being aware of one's radiance. Being aware. Sparkle and shine. This is what we do twenty-four hours a day. Different degrees, right? Everything's changing. More energy, less energy. Replenishing energy, recharging energy, expending energy, spending energy. This is the norm. This is what's going on twenty four hours a day. So here we are. It's a beautiful thing. Why don't we visualize ourselves as being sparkling and shining creatures? Basically a humanoid shape, right? Homo sapiens. Being comfortable with this image of ourselves, viewing oneself in a sense of equanimity, of being a witness, not being a judge, being objective, being helpful, positive, being warm, being kind and considerate to oneself. Visualizing oneself as a radiant creature, sparkling and shining with energy, which is actually, honestly, exactly whom and what we are. This is, as I just said, going on. As long as life is within the organism, of course. And then it's different again. And we understand, have the capacity to understand one hundred thousandth of the electromagnetic spectrum of energy, which is includes everything. TV, sound, movement, smell, everything is included within this. We understand, perceive, have a capacity or capability of grasping with our current physical structure. One hundred thousandth of what is. So what else is there? There's a lot we don't know. There is energy of all kinds. We have some sense of this. Extra sensory perception we call things some things that are out of the ordinary for most of us, most of the time. And yet these things exist. So I would humbly suggest if it exists for one, it exists for most, if not all. So it is a tinkering with the switches in the gears and the circuit boards in one's manifestation of physical form, of one's mind, of one's brain. And who knows what else? I don't know. Again, one hundred thousandth of what it is possible to have some sense of a message, of a communication. This is our limitation. And we're good with that, right? We are sparkling and shining. Anyway, in every moment of our lives, and we can be humbled before this magnitude of creation and thankful at the same time. It is being a witness, again, non-judgmental, an objective observer of oneself. If one wants to make changes, changes make. Don't dawdle. There is only so much time in one's life, even though there is an abundance within the context of each day. Eighty-six thousand four hundred moments is a lot. Stringing them together in bits and pieces is whom we are and what we accomplish every day, every hour, every minute, every moment. So being a little bit more aware, it means a little bit more of one's moments are coherent and focused, concentrating on self-improvement in our circumstances. So it's a good thing to practice self-improvement all the time. Learning to meditate, being consciously still, finding a comfortable seat if you like, or laying down, staying awake, of course. Standing, leaning, whatever you like, whatever opportunity justifies and helps one formulate one's posture as comfortable as possible and undisturbed as possible. These are basic requirements to think about. And in thinking about them lead us to the next step, which is inquiring of oneself. Am I comfortable? You're asking a question. Of whom? Of oneself. What are you doing? You're feeling. What are you doing? Thinking. What are you doing? "Becalming" more of oneself, one's foundation, one's processes of respiration, one's breathing, of circulation, one's heart's pulsing, of the heat being disseminated throughout our bodies, and ourselves thinking of these different things. Then going deeper and thinking, feeling with heightening sensitivity, our body undulating, cascading with the oxygenated blood from our heart's squeezing simultaneously to being aware of one's breath long and slow. Let there be progress in becoming more calm, more at peace, more open, more kind. Be generous and kind to everyone and certainly oneself. There is no one perfect. The world, the universe, each of us is in a state of oscillation. It is of varying degrees on both sides of what might be called normal. Sometimes we have more energy, sometimes less. Sometimes we're more lost in space, and sometimes we're more coherent and aware and sparkling and shining with energy. It is this way. When one accepts the reality of the way the universe works, time and space, the quest for more complex energy forms, then we can begin to have a changing perspective, evolving, just like everything else. When one widens our viewpoints, there is more to reflect upon. There is more experience to grasp and to utilize in making more mature and wise decisions, more to consider. Doing this with one's mindful meditation and attempting to fathom a better understanding of oneself, which comes naturally. We're thinking, right? So to have indications of where one wants to go, then taking little steps of action towards this. This is what we're doing in life every day, one way or the other, positive or negative. Remembering we are here now, bundles of miracles. Allowing ourselves to be in awe and humbled by the magnificence, majesty, immensity of creation or God, whatever one's spiritual representation might be. They all are pointing in the same direction. Do not be afraid, be open-minded, be accepting, be receptive to change, because this is the norm, not remaining the same. It's an impossibility. It is adverse to the nature of our universe. Time is sticking. It is not the same now as it is now, as it is now. The music continues for another minute. Please ponder.
