what one usually thinks of as "meditation" is an art form or practice....

where-in one performs a series of actions, thoughts, rituals, habits to propel one's Self into a state of receptivity, calm, grace where judging is suspended and witnessing takes it's place.

then, what has one found (?) a foundation actually rooted in some primordial space, in ones own nook of Creation, but what else (?)

now, we are in a state of open-ness, possibly receptivity, possibly of being capable of Acceptance all the while manipulating what we have known to be from our own devises, education, cultural traditions, societal, etc. to what we are contemplating in our minds and feeling in our bodies.  We have a rainbow of of possibilities, potential, a widening in one's appreciation "perspective" is always Evolving as is our relation to time  &  space, to the changes occurring beyond our grasp as much as to what's going on inside each of Us.

so, you want more, then more one need invest

it is a natural Law from which all others derive

the height of one's perspective

is

one's ability to discern what is on the other side of the thought immediately in our minds

is another name

for perspective

and why

receptivity

and acceptance are such powerful tools

open your doors wide

the Universe wants to share it's bounty through You

Speaker

Good morning. When is the time for one's meditation? At the beginning of one's day, at the end, or in the middle? It is to meditate all the time, which means to be thoughtful, to be meditative, to maintain a sense of calm and equanimity in the context of what's going on in and outside of oneself, to help oneself perform a better job. Have a greater sense of understanding of what's going on. Being more competent and capable. Helping formulate the changes surely are coming in more positive ways. Being proactive. Using one's sense of intuition, one's intelligence, one's experience, wisdom, maturity, greater perspective, being in this way, being aware, finding one's comfortable posture and environment undisturbed. Being thoughtful about what's occurring inside of one's own body, one's mind, feeling the energy of creation. The energy of creation is anything one feels. The energy of creation is everything. If there is an ambiance of static or noise or possibility of noise potential in one's mind, this is the energy of creation. "Rattling," helping us feel its presence, its continuity, its omnipresence in everything. Feeling one's skin, the textures of one's skin, the placement of one's body, the waifs of air from our atmosphere. Being alert to these feelings. Being alert to this warmth emanating through one's skin. This result of our exercising our heart and lungs. Being aware. Being aware even on a deeper level than one's pulse. Feeling the undulation of our bodies as the pulse makes its way around. Being aware of the energy in every one of our thirty-seven trillion cells, being aware of the manifestation of what this means to a body which is quivering with the energy of each cell's motion. It is what we call our shimmering majesty. Feeling this subtlest of vibrations, being aware. It is everything beyond, beyond, beyond any and all comprehension of what I can fathom, at least. It is beyond. sharing the images of far reaches of space, and in each succeeding further image pointed towards an endless space filled with galaxies. Further and further away, more and more time and space than what is to be thought. A sense of oneness, a sense of relief, a sense of awe of the incomprehensible nature of our the reality we are in. It is not the beginning nor end on "just" our world, in "our" species. It is just one example of creation. It is far beyond what we have heretoforethought, understandably so. Embracing our religions, our cultures, our societies, our customs, our differences, embracing the diversity of creation. Should it not be this way? Do you all want to be the same? No. You want an individuality, a uniqueness. So you have it. Exclaim and celebrate in each unique majesty we call our own. In the name of names each of us possess. How many names have one's ancestors possessed? How many names your mother and father, grandfather, grandmother, how many names have come and filled the air and gone with cascading energy over time, over evolutionary space. How many names has your DNA known is the question. The answer, my answer is many names. In fact, in the recognition of awareness of other than oneself, I would say millions of names. For each succeeding species we have been evolving through. Individuality, uniqueness, has given rise and place to some kind of identification. It is the way of our universe becoming more comprehensive, more complex, evolution through time and space. Remembering we began as a great explosion many billions of years ago. And now look at this universe, its size, its scope, the magnitude and depth, the complexity of creation. Looking, please, as best one can, and allowing oneself to accept, to receive, to be receptive to other thoughts, other types of interpretations, considering them all, using common sense, to help one fashion the way one evolves, or the way one views our world. The path we're suggesting in this podcast is being aware, mindful meditation, through one's foundation of one's own being, of which this discussion has been. The meditation is an introduction to the deeper course of self-realization. Yes, they are hand in hand. And both need practice. So as little or as more that one offers oneself, one's opportunity, one's practices, more will one earn in results. The more energy one puts into something, the more energy one will receive in turn. It is creation's law, not mine. I am only a witness, a reporter, a herald to what's occurring. The music's continuing for another minute, please. Be kind, open-minded, gentle, respectful, patient, having compassion and empathy toward all creatures, all kinds, all peoples, oneself. These words are not just to be mumbled, they are to be digested, becoming part of one's integration, one's integral mind. For there are always needs for one's perspective.
