Speaker

Do you want to know a secret? Do I do? Do you promise all to tell? A secret is not a secret unless it is told. Because it would never be known. The secret wouldn't exist. At least not to everyone. Remembering that everything is changing. Everything is dynamic in its knowledge. It is why it is better to be more than less aware. To share the secret of being aware, of being mindful, of planting seeds of encouragement, possibility inside of oneself, inside one's heart, one's physical being, are important. And when considered a goal or life-changing, practicing becomes a routine of being alive every day, in and out, up and down, forgotten and remembered. It is all the same. It is a moment of time. And it is covered with a veneer of circumstances, of environment. The background is our soul, our mind, our heart, is our experience of our DNA over its growth of three and a half billion years of evolving physicality, the organism we each are, this organic battery, how great the possibilities are of what we have become. Awe... being here now, a spectacle unto one's own being. Words are only vehicles to express one Self, practicing, becoming your own fountain of creativity, growth, taking steps, little steps of improvement. In which direction, simply, you know virtues spread before themselves as those which one seeks, what is sought after, what would help me become a better human being. This is then the direction one wants to go. It is where the greatest gain is. Little steps of change. Because we're changing anyway. It is the nature of our world. The basis of everything being discussed, the discussion itself, this world is the progression of life, of the bulk of what is going on. One's physiology in all of its intricacies is really what everything is about. The past is gone, the future unknown. We are here. Thirty-seven trillion cells, amalgamated and combined, correlating, communicating as incredibly sophisticated physical structures, even with minds, thinking about intelligence and spirituality, glancing up into the horizons, between the earth or the sea and the sky, and all in between the air, everything, the clouds, the sun, the stars hidden in the brightness of the sun's photonic waves of energy being kaleidoscopically dispersed like a rainbow. It is in this way. Everything is. We find it most easy to categorize, summarize every moment. Because it is easier for us to accept the immensity when we need only correlate a little bit. It is overwhelming, the immensity of creation. It is ever growing. The Earth and the galaxy we're in, the Milky Way , is traveling at a million miles an hour away from the Big Bang. We are in motion. We are rotating as a sphere at a thousand miles an hour at the equator. We're also revolving around the star Sol, our Sun, at about a quarter of a million miles an hour. So we're revolving as a sphere and revolving as an elliptical orbit around our sun. And the sun and its planets, of which we are one, are revolving around the center of the galaxy at a half million miles an hour. So that's three different motions. And a fourth is where we began a moment ago is a million miles an hour in an explosive energy from creation. So the whole kitten caboodle is still expanding. This is our universe, our creation. This is a good time to consider and ponder one's own being, one's physicality, the bottom of one's feet, one's toes. All the way up to the top and go to one's nose. So we have this distance between. Thinking about when we were little and the distance was much less. When one could take one's feet and easily reach them to one's nose or one's mouth to give a good bite or cleaning, licking, just to play as a baby child. Remembering this. Remembering this. Being here, there, everywhere. Now, feeling the shudder in one's body as you become more sensitive to what's actually going on. Feeling the vibration in your spirit, in the music, in the majesty of your being alive. All of those trillions of cells we have been speaking about are shimmering with energy. Each one has been fed a new dose of oxygen while we're having this discussion. More than one. Spreading this oxygenated blood throughout our vascular systems, throughout our bodies, from those cute toes to one's cute nose. It is this way. Ninety thousand times. And we fill this blood with oxygen and relieve it of its carbon dioxide once it makes its return to our lungs around twenty thousand times on average every day. Being proud, being humble. Before this realization of one's own being, how close and yet how far we are away from our own awareness is awe, humbling. The music is continuing for another minute. Please ponder. We are here now, bundles of miracles. We are humbled in our recognition and realization of the immensity, the profundity of creation. And last but not least, thankful, appreciative, full of awe and gratitude for having this chance.
