I see all good people everywhere. Is it better to have one's glass half empty or half full? This is a basic personality question. Its importance is crucial for one's way of looking upon our world. Half empty, half full. We are choosing which of these it is in every moment of our lives, based upon extraneous circumstances and our own. Everything has an effect on what the next moment is going to hold before it is gone... And the next moment arrives. When we start parceling up our day in such a way, in increments, in little bits and pieces, how many more opportunities do we each possess to fulfill our tasks? Enhance ourselves. We share. If it is someone else, they can change. Especially if you see they could benefit with all humility, with a sense of kindness and compassion, empathy. We are social creatures. This is the way that we interact with each other. One way of interacting. Being here now. Someone is tapping in the next apartment. So you hear the tapping? I certainly do. But we make the best of it. Thank you. These are the unforeseen circumstances of a moment. And how again do we respond? Are we annoyed by these noises? No, we are accepting them. They are part of our environment. When we come together, we say to ourselves, I am coming in a certain posture and undisturbed. And we do the best we can. We might just grow a little bit better if we can pause and ask ourselves why, how? Who? What? When? Where is everything happening? What is going on this moment on time? Why am I here? What is going on? What are my circumstances? Are they dim? Are they clear? Do I see goals in my future or is it dark and unknown? Is one joyful? Is one fearful? How do we hold our heads? Our torsos, our bodies. How do we breathe? How do we eat? How do we converse? How do we do whatever we do in our moments during our day? Looking in at everything all the time. And you will find an awakening of just how much potential is there. 86,400 moments. To arrive at the beginning of your next day, your next set of eighty-six thousand four hundred more moments. Yes. And every eleven or twelve days you find a million moments have passed in one's life. A million moments in a dozen days. When someone says, Oh, I can't change, no. They haven't learned how to change in a more positive manner. We all need help practicing. Stay aware. One small step at a time, allowing oneself to just be calm and find peace. Nothing more than this. Allowing oneself to be in a comfortable posture. Common sense. Be comfortable. Undisturbed so that there isn't a racket in your ear like someone hammering next door. Allowing everything to be as it is, being here now. Feeling one's skin. The heat emanating through one's skin. Feeling one's clothes or lack of them. Feeling whatever environment one is in, feeling calm, tranquil. This word. Feeling inside of one's mind a sensitivity of potential in one's auditory nerves. Are the synapses and receptors flashing with energy, waiting for something to arrive? Do you feel a sense of a shimmering vibration going on? You might. It is in part why it is so easy to consider ourselves as bundles of miracles. For we are. This is just one respiration process. We could go on. I'm going to bid you ado, thinking about these things, coming into your own terms, being your own meditator, following your physiology. Shimmer. The music's continuing for another minute. Ponder. Your being.
