Speaker

Good morning. Come unto me, recognizing oneself. The me being our universal awareness. The background of the great bang of the cosmic microwave energy of which we all are a part. Come back to me. When one's throat vibrates with words as they are spoken, this is coming back. When one listens and hears in one's mind, this is coming back. When one breathes the air, drinks the water, eats the food, does anything, everything, it is coming home. We perceive it in different ways, but the facts remain. The basis is how different forms of energy interact with each other. This is what's going on. Being as harmonious and calm and peaceful as we can, to project, propel, flow. To grow. Mindful meditation is a tool one can use to help in this pursuit. Mindful meditation grows One's qualities, one's good characteristics, one's virtues. This way one knows. The six questions of Thomas Wilson, the famous sixteenth century rhetorician who said six questions help enumerate, to describe, to help clarify any subject matter... they are what, when and where, who, why, and how. These six questions about any subject matter elicit a better understanding of what you're considering. All things then can fit within the frame of this organization, these pursuits. Doing this in one's mindful meditation, one begins to fathom more deeply our world and everything within and without. For there is much to appreciate. Why else would we want to consider ourselves as bundles of miracles if it were not true? It is. And it is only one miracle amongst a universe of miracles beyond conception, infinite. Being humbled before this widening perspective is a natural outcome. Embrace it, feeling awe for what is potential possibilities. Thankful for having an opportunity to arrive in one's own being with these conclusions, understandings, questions, solutions, answers, thinking in one's own unique, beautiful way, being here now, together, playing in our lives, on our wide open path, journeys, allowing oneself to feel the texture and warmth of one's skin. It is in touch with everything around oneself, with each other through the air. Every one. Nose to nose, maybe not quite so close, but you get the gist of what's said. And the energies that emanate throughout and travel in a little bit of a different way. The conversations of our minds, of the energy of our own being, we are broadcasting, as heralds, as lighthouses, to anything receptive enough to comprehend, understand, get a glimmer of, be receptive to. And us, of course. Where are we? Ha, one of the six questions. Where? When? What? Who? Why? How? Remembering life is so grand. Being this way. Feeling not only one's skin but one's whole body shimmering with majesty. Shimmering. Shimmering with life energy. Shimmering with all of the trillions of cells which one possesses with this energy. With this sense of belonging, of communication, of participating in an organism's life. Because this is the nature of what we're speaking. Being aware. Being aware of the process of respiration of one's lungs as they rise and subside. Being aware of one's heart, one's circulation, as it squeezes oxygenated blood through one's arteries and returns to one's lungs through one's veins. Thinking about the capillaries as the avenues turn into roads, and the roads turned into trails to reach every dear, neighborly cell. Thinking about the energy radiating everywhere, inside of oneself, all of this, to that which is outside of oneself, all of that. It is a conundrum, it is infinite, being present in all because of your simple self-realization, bringing it all to one's awareness, to one's sense of positivity, one's virtuosity, remembering mindful meditation needs direction and goals. Positive nature is what supplies this. Being here now, my wish is for the bestest of days for each of us to respond intelligently and wisely with a grin, with a sense of calm and harmony deep within each of us.
