Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

Good morning. What is it we are doing? We are making an effort to be remembering of whom we are. Before our day would devour us with different directions of responsibilities or wants or needs, obligations. We are making an effort to acclimatize ourselves to today's environment before we get too deeply involved, wherein we might keep a certain wider perspective of what's going on. Yes, we're here. Yes, we're also part of everything else. Yes, we can accommodate and do both. Yes, one helps the other. The more that we are, the more we will see, feel, do, and understand. Being this way, as our day begins, changes everything. Perspective is key. The rest is divided into a myriad of ways one can take this path, make this journey to one's greater awareness, one's more sophisticated and widening consciousness. One can do this in prayer, one can do this in spiritual reading, one can do this as said in a myriad of ways. Another one amongst them is mindfully meditating upon one's own physiology, it, to be neutral, able to be shared by any and all, even those who might utilize other paths. This is something to consider, something one can take with themselves, because it is you. We're talking about us being here comfortably postured in whatever "that" means, undisturbed, whatever "that" means, making a little bit of dedicated time to ponder one's own being, seeding oneself with thoughts, culminating in deeds of expression, contribution, participation, of responses. We are learning to make, we are practicing self-improvement. The world, the universe, ourselves always are changing. There are no two moments the same. Each has its own unique recipe from which it has evolved, every moment. Consider, you will see.
SpeakerTaking time, making the initiative to inquire about one's own being, one's own actions, one's own personality. Whom are you? Who are we? It's a valuable question. Doesn't hurt to ask it all the time. Who am I now? Where am I? If one is already practicing and determining we need to utilize more virtues like kindness, understanding, compassion, empathy, patience, the response to these questions is more wholesome, positive, nurturing. This is what we need. This is why, as important as meditation is, technique is, a path to follow is, to create, "Is" virtue is second to nothing. It is the same as the meditating in the first place. For without a proper receptacle to place one's meditation, it isn't. I don't want to say worthless, but it is merely a beginning. Think about it. Would you want to sit in a cave all day doing nothing? More or less? What do you you think you are accomplishing for Homo sapiens, for mankind, for yourself, for your family, for your friends, for your acquaintances, for all the knowledge or wisdom that you may possess. What are you accomplishing sitting in a cave? You are in bliss without any distractions, in a posture of magnificence, and you are feeling the continuity of our universe as it spreads before, through, and behind you, above, through, and beneath you. It is this way for everyone, in every moment of every day. It is only in allowing oneself to accept the truth. So would you rather be in a dark, dank cave caught in your magnificence? Or would you rather be this way in one's own mind today, now, here? Being in bliss, in awe of one's own being, of you. On the surface of one's skin, one's heat emanating. Is this not a miracle? Worthy of consideration? One's chest rising and subsiding, one's heart squeezing and relaxing, one's whole body pulsing in a cadence, which is the reason why we have a continuation of life, sustaining by the engineering of evolution, by the immensity of things going on caused by our DNA, our blueprint, our software. Being in awe of you, oneself, being here, present in as many and as much ways as one can be, allowing oneself to feel everything surrounding oneself, the air, whatever physical features there might be, one's clothes, the texture beneath one's feet if you're sitting or standing, or on your skin if you're laying down or sitting or standing. In every way allowing oneself just to be a witness, objective, being curious and searching for sensitivities, for receptivities of one's being. Like a bumblebee buzzing. Buzzing with me, please. Do you feel this in your tongue, on your teeth, in your mouth, in your lips, in your throat, in your lungs? Try it again.
unknownMm.
SpeakerIt is so easy to find one's own godliness if you but look, if you but seek, if one just asks, the answers are in every you and every me. How many generations did it take for a mouth to form upon a being, something alive? A tongue, teeth, a throat, an ability to speak, an ability to comprehend, an ability to feel within one's lungs, shimmering with the majesty of the process they are responsible for the feeding of one's cellular being with oxygen. It is as simple as this, taking just a few moments of pleasure to refresh one's memory of one's bliss, not hidden in a tunnel or cave, but in the sun, in the light of electricity, of man's curiosity, motivation, intellectualism, success in developing all sorts of things. Being proud of whom we are. Yes, improvements are needed, of course. They always will be. It is the nature of evolution, the changing. There is no status quo. Being aware of all of these different things, I'm going to bid you have a wonderful, wonderful day. The music's continuing for another minute.
