funny, yesterday's title must of scared People, it is not necessarily easy to making the commitment to foster positive change in One Self.  No one with experience would say differently, for firstly, understanding how one could stand in another's shoes, when we know we are all different.  It immediately raises one's sense of awareness and humility.  If we plan it, practice this, we also are appreciative and positive.

This is "mindful meditation" done naturally through what we have learned about humanity.  It is a commentary of a cousin's perception.

Don't look at the messenger, look at the message, for this is what is important.  A widening and deepening perspective help to have such an attitude.  If one is rejecting of something understand why, seek inside, ask, it here ion one's own heart and soul where your maturity and wisdom lie.  It is a celebration, Life, join!

I see all good people now. Wow wow wow wow wow wow wow. Good morning. I suspect you must have ten thousand things to do. I do too. Yet the very first thing we do in meeting our new day, in greeting our new day, is wake up from our slumber, from our period of rest. The time spent recharging our Homo sapien batteries, working things out, smoothing things out. This is what's been going on. And now we enter a new opportunity of thousands upon thousands of moments of and in which we can roam. Doing things, being responsible for things, making mistakes, having successes, understanding, misunderstandings, all of these different attributes of possibilities, of potentialities are here. And everything we have brought forth with us from previous moments, our lives in this physical universe, from when we have been conceived to birth to now, are contributing factors. And here we are, bundles of miracles, every one. This recognition come early in one's day is a boon, a helper, an opportunity to excel, become more, expand, widen one's perspective. But it's in one's own mind. What is one's perspective of what's occurring, what's going to occur, what has occurred in our days? Is our glass half full or half empty? It's a valuable question to proffer to oneself, to offer to oneself, to discuss, to understand, to reason about, to be a witness of and observe what is going on. Why, where, when, who, how? It is this way. We have these opportunities. It is why it is a boon to come early to one's foundation, to one's beginning. We come into this world as half of a cell, a sperm and an egg, and join together, becoming one. We grow to a trillion cells at the time of our birth as we enter, as we leave the birth canal. One trillion cells. Today, most likely, most who are listening have approximately thirty-seven trillion cells. Adults. Does any one of us truly understand these numbers? No, they're just for one's imagination, for one's mental and spiritual consumption, then to proceed. For the moments are cascading towards us, and we need to keep our eyes, our ears, our bodies, our minds ready to greet, to meet, to help. Our future be better, improve. You can remember your being with just a humming sound. What is happening inside of one's own chest? Is there vibration? This is what we're talking about. It is as simple as this. If you linger a little while, a few moments, then you begin to exhibit a greater sensitivity to your body around your chest, around your lungs, around where this echoing and vibrating and humming sound is occurring. And so what is this doing? It is leading us from one step to the next. Being here now, judge not that ye be not judged, but open-minded finding ways to remember whom you are, one's physicality, one's heat emanating from one's body. Just to be mindful of this. Where is it coming from? You know. One's breath, yes, coming in and out, up and down, energizing one's whole body with the intake of oxygen, least we forget what the purpose is. And one's heart beating or squeezing and relaxing ninety thousand times every day. Do you remember to be thankful? To do it more often is better, to be humble before the majesty of one's own being, oneself, you, me, us, we Homo sapiens, cousins, mankind, the children of children of children millions of years, Homo sapiens, DNA, ninety nine point six percent the same, ninety nine point six percent. Then realizing in this same thought whom this represents. It represents you and I and everyone else. We are all manifestations of our environment. This is another way of coming to the same simple truth. As little as there is left point four percent of a human's individuality, uniqueness, etc. Look at what we find. Cousins being here presently aware, feeling the seat, or one's feet, or whatever one is touching, it might just be the air if you are floating in space naked, or something, or another, or one's finger tips grasping tips, feet firmly planted on one's floor, one's buttocks firmly sitting upon something comfortable, undisturbed. Realizing again whom we are remembering all day. This short session is but a reminder. The task is continuous, practice is for the rest of one's life. It is a beacon, a light for one to grow, one to brighten one's perspective. This much we know. We can be very focused and miss a great deal of things. Also, we can be very focused and see very deeply in and we can be very expansive and see many things, maybe none of them so deliberately as one focused intently. Nonetheless, combine these two in one moment be focused and the next expansive and join them. These two become one then, just as the sperm and the egg did long ago. This creation, for this is a creation of thought, this melding of ideas, of thinking, of expansiveness is creation. You speak of godliness and wanting to be righteous and all of these different attributes we share, then this is such a way doing good deeds, becoming more virtuous. These are wonderful pursuits, ideas. Being here now, breathing long and slow and deep, pulsing with vitality of one's life, feeling around your body to feel the pulse of your heart squeeze. Perhaps having one's fingers tips together will be helpful. You can feel it right here. Many fingers at once, feeling the warmth emanating from one's body everywhere, feeling one's skin, feeling inside of one's head, of one's mind, the potential of sound of the universe seething. S-E-E-T-H seething with energy. It is here. It is the air. If there were nothing here, we would all be dead. There would be no life. The air is seething with energy. Do you take it for granted? I most certainly do, most of the time. And I don't think that's a good thing, I think it's unfortunate. Because to be appreciative of what we have and what we are is perhaps the most important thing one can do. For in this sense of humility and appreciation, one sense catapults expansiveness infinitely. One's moment broadens through time. What do we want? What do we know? We have responsibilities. Let's go. The music's continuing for another minute. Enjoying our days is my wish.
