Hello, what do you think we're doing now? Feeling deep inside of one's lungs. Making that sound, making this humming sound, and feeling your own chest vibrating. And allow this feeling to spread, your awareness of this feeling to spread. It's occurring. Take it for granted. You are alive. You are hearing these words. You have sight. You have feelings of touch. You have your five senses. You have your mind. You have all these different attributes, and they are all happening simultaneously. Hi. Glad to be alive with you. Finding we are already comfortable and undisturbed. We are evaluating our universe and finding it is expanding as we are thinking how lucky we are to be alive. Each, every being here now. Feeling oneself a bundle of miracles. Unique in the entirety of our universe, there is nothing, no one quite like you. And realizing this, because this is always true, each of us can say the same thing. The experience is unique, in whatever way it might play out. The ramifications of the infinite variety of avenues of focusing, of concentration, of awareness, of events occurring, infinitely changing in every moment. Can we conceive of this? I can't really. I can conjure up in my mind a thought or thoughts, or I'm not even sure what it is. An unknowing and yet a calmness, a sense of peace. A sense of a vague understanding. It is like distance. What is one mile we know. What is ten feet we know even better. What is one million miles is kind of cloudy or hazy. It's a lot. What is thirty million miles or the distance to our sun ninety-three million miles?

We can conceive of so much in so many ways. Think about our bodies. You want to be also aware of the infinitude of things going on. We are comprised of approximately thirty-seven trillion cells when we are adults. Do you not think that they being alive are not in some way, shape, or form in communication with those around them? Of course. It is this way. Our plates are full. They are stacked as high as the universe's heights. And yet we perceive a narrow spectrum. Science also says Homo sapiens' ability to perceive the energy of creation, the electromagnetic spectrum, all that is within the context of this universe, this creation. We can conceive or perceive one thousandth of one percent. It is like taking a board twenty feet long, lay it in front of oneself, and take a strand of hair from your head and laying it down across the board. And stepping back ten feet. That's how much we know. That's how much we can perceive of what is. Something. It is something. Is one's glass half empty or half full? Do we belittle what we do know or do we celebrate what we can aspire toward, can muster, what we can put forward, what we can accomplish, what we can try to do. Trying to self-improve. This is the difference between half empty and half full. Do we lament or do we celebrate what we have? Possibilities. Think about this. It's important. And don't fret about the way you are. If you feel you want to change, then the change has already begun. You need not have machinations, you need not tear out your hair or clothe yourself in ashes. Just take little steps to change. Listening to one's own wisdom. You have the wisdom inside. Of how many generations do you suspect, do you propose, there to be? In your DNA we're talking about. How many generations of evolution are each of us comprised of, bundles of miracles? I'm asking you, how many for you? You don't know. It's okay, I don't either. It is another question of an infinite nature. It is a lot. Time, life began here three or three and a half billion years ago on this world in the water. And Nary a thing lived on land before three, four, five hundred million years ago. And so how many generations of life between you and this origin, to which of which each of us are related, more closely to the family of mankind. Your cousin, you and me, all of us. So, how old? How many generations of beings of life: of being born or being created, of living a life of procreation, and this life being handed down, this DNA, these messages or the software of our being, how many millions (?) millions (!) This is whom each of us are. Think about this on one's own. It may be a strange, it may be disruptive. It may also be the truth. Think about this. What does common sense say to you? The music's going to continue for another minute. Have a great day. Ponder. Think as one is practicing. Remember what we spoke about yesterday? Breath, pulse, heat, shimmer, being here now, allowing one's mind to expand. All day, in every hour, as in as many minutes, moments as one has the pleasure to meet themselves more fully. This is what we are talking about, cousins. Namaste.
