Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

Good morning. We can see far and wide. We can be alert and awake. It is our choice. It is the level of our intensity of being energized. Sometimes we're sleepy. We need to rest. Sometimes we're full of enthusiasm and we wish to learn and be curious about and accomplish. And everything in between. Most importantly, to come into every situation, as many as possible, more fully alert, awake. Makes sense that it is a more valuable way to begin investigating or making a decision about whatever it may be that's in front of oneself, of one's mind's deliberations, circumstance, you know, responses. Whatever it is. How do we wish to acknowledge what is before us? In what way do we bring our own being into this moment of whatever the deliberation might be? Well, it comes from our past, obviously. From our past moments. And the moments that are most critically important are the moments that are the closest in time. Something that's just happened in the last few minutes of moments, right? Sixty moments in each minute of time. Or hours. Or days, or weeks, etc. How do we go about understanding better our moments, our minutes, our hours, our days, than by reaching for a greater depth of understanding, mindful meditation? It's all the same thing. It is an inquiry into one's being. It is taking an initiative, making a space available inside of oneself to allow one to be receptive to one's own message. Your heart and soul are talking incessantly. You and I may very well not be listening or interpreting things in a particular way or form, which may or may not be honest and truthful, or wrong, or right. What are we saying? The more we can bring to the table, the more perspective we can share with our own being, with our own experience, with our own level of understanding, most likely it's going to benefit us. And we will make better decisions of how to proceed in the moment at hand, in our deliberations which are occurring in these moments. There is nothing more important than this. It is a new beginning in every moment for everyone, everywhere. Everything is in change. One need juggle a few things in one's consciousness, or one can if you so choose to. Mindful meditation is a confluence of wanting to be and being curious of what it means to utilize more of our capacities, or being able to simultaneously be aware of different physical processes which we do to cultivate a mindful, calm, peaceful experience. Maybe we should visit here, there, and everywhere, breathing. Breathing as if one's life depends upon it, for surely it does. Being aware of one's breath. How you inhale longer and slower, please. Pausing when the volume of air in your lungs is sufficient, you release this activity and in a sense begin to contemplate what's next. This is a pause. How long the pause lasts is another story altogether. Noticing and realizing there is a pause is a wonderful journey in itself because this is also part of the tool of respiration. Simple. Right here. And you and me and all of us. And then your lungs, your body, your mind calls and says, Hello up there. We need to flush out the carbon dioxide that's accumulated now from our bloodstream into our lungs again. Can you exhale, please? And so we begin an exhalation, long and slow, please. Calming. This is the beginning of multitasking. This is the beginning of a confluence of physical processes which, in lieu of other things, take up one's consciousness. This is how we focus. We overload what other items or agendas we might have on the table and substitute these physical processes in between, taking their space, expanding our own sense of physicality. This is legitimately mindful meditation. And when the lungs have expelled enough carbon dioxide laden air, the message begins to be broadcast that it's enough, okay. Reverse courses, and a pause ensues. And again, being mindful of this is being mindful of part of the task of a human's respiratory process. We breathe in, we pause, we breathe out, we pause. Four parts. And then we begin again. The body says, Oh, we need more oxygen, please. And so we breathe. Long and slow. With curiosity and grace. When one pauses between one's in and exhales, then one takes the time to say hello to the pause and maybe to oneself, maybe to the universe, maybe with a sense of virtuosity, of being humble and being thankful. It can be this way. All day. When you remember, in just a moment, or two or three moments. And then you say, but wait, let's do more multitasking, and we say, okay. And what is it maybe we we want to look at? Do you want to feel the heat emanating from your skin? Do you want to feel your body's largest organ brushing up against the air or clothes or furniture or floor? Where is it do you want to feel? Okay. Feeling one's body as a whole organism and the heat being generated inside of oneself. And even if you feel cold, feeling one's temperature, understanding why. Maybe you need to get a blanket to cover yourself or to put on clothes or whatever. Say hello to your bodies and its degree of warmth. Remembering, of course, as much as one can, simultaneously, one's breathing process. In and pause, out and pause. Sometimes, and then in different order. Do not be distressed if everything is not as you conceive or perceive that it should be, because everything is changing in every moment of history. And history has existed for approximately in our way of looking or measuring at it, 14 billion years. So don't be too concerned, things aren't going exactly the way you may wish or think or hope They might go. The chances are there will be differences. And the chances are very good that this will be so. Sometimes we're right, sometimes we're wrong. More oftentimes, there's degrees in between. The infinite number of variables and circumstances involved in everything that has ever been and will ever be. So don't fret is the short analysis of what I've just said. Be accepting of whom you are, be receptive to see whom you are. And begin to change. To increase the positive and decrease the negative. It is as simple as this. And keep at it every day. And in every day, keep at it in every hour. And in every hour, keep at it In as many moments as one can play, as one can smile, and shine with one's own vitality, one's own life. Being aware is a beacon of light. It is this way. Being here now. This is enough for today. The music's continuing for another minute. Please think about just these two processes. There are more, of course. Being in awe of one's own being, of whom we are.
