did you think it would be easy to change a lifetime's increasing habits in just a moment or in one's gaze (?)

do you think it's so very easy when countless times we have been failures, have felt fatigued, and disappointed in our Selves, behaviors, thought (?)

it is much easier than we give Our Selves Credit,

for each of us has unlimited potential for change.

It is in the tools one uses, one investigates and finds and hones to One's Own Best Use.

Practice, brings improvement, consistency brings enlightenment

may we all share and meet here

Have you ever had anyone greet you in such a way? It is a good way to begin. A question on one's mind: what is going on? Mindful meditation is allowing oneself enough moments to comprehend what one is thinking, what kind of inquiries are being made inside of one's own flowing, dynamic life. Listening, being receptive, to the questions which arise as one is flowing through time and space. Being in this dimension of neutrality here, this is what it is. It is a neutral place we are posturing ourselves, undisturbed, being aware of a readily available tool, our bodies, our hearts, our minds, together as one, the Homo sapiens, mankind. Yearning for self-improvement in our world, through our own actions, through what we can help disseminate, through our energetic interaction with our world. This begins cascading events, radiating to all, to everything. This is a goal where one fits themselves in this pattern of being, of recognizing one's moment by moment existence is a different story. Unique each of us are and changing incessantly, momentarily. Yes. Being in a neutral atmosphere as a witness undisturbed, with a sense of continuity between one moment's flash and the next. Comfortable, adaptable, flexible, courageous, curious, bold. It is you, finding in one's chest, one's lungs. You have two of them usually, with upper and lower lobes in each, allowing them to fill with air. And be thankful, appreciative for both the ability to breathe and for there to be wholesome air. It is a good thing to do, to be appreciative of the gifts we have been given and continue to receive. Being here presently, aware of the fragility of a human being, it is a tenuous life at best for each of us as physical beings. So being increasingly cognizant and aware, receptive, and accepting of what one finds, one sees, one witnesses, one observes. Non-judgmental, understanding and compassion be, virtuosity, following. It is every which a way. No one is perfect. We all oscillate and are changing all of this time. And we have an ability to take little steps to lift our eyes up to see a horizon shining before us, each of us, of one's greater being, of one's increasing utilization of energy, one's fusion, one's realization, illumination, revelation, allowing this to be awe. Now, in your own majesty, why not? You are deserving of this, feeling awe, a sense of reverence and astonishment inside of oneself for the realization, for the remembering of the majesty of creation of which we are part. A bundle of miracles in your own sense of appreciation of the air we can breathe and the lungs that do this process for us. And let us go on, being mindful of one's breathing long and slow, pausing in between one's in and exhales, maybe even thinking in this brief span of time, pausing for one or two, and continuing. Inhaling five, six or seven, exhaling the same, or eight and nine, finding one's own rhyme and rhythm. Let it be this way. Finding, oneself practicing and becoming more friendly with one's own respiration. This is a worthy goal because it means practice. And there are few, if anything, better than one's own breathing meditation, play games, create, prosper, grow, flowing with one's own breath cadence. This is an admirable goal. Flowing in one's own divine presence. Yes, glowing. Glowing, growing, yes, glowing also, glowing. In one's own knowing, witnessing, one's own shining presence. It is in here that we speak of illuminating, shining, illuminating, lighting, brightening. Mean the same thing. Accepting what one has been receptive to. Oh, oh, as a witness, learning from this, that, and which we do. Being cognizant, mindful meditation, right? You think you're just sitting in a posture and undisturbed, and you do this for ten minutes, and God is going to come to you. He'll never arrive, he'll never come. Because he or she is what is, and you and I need remember whom we are, which is this essence. God is everywhere, means inside of each of us already. We need arrive to join the celebration of our lives, of our own limited consciousness. We need to expand. This is why we do mindful meditation. It is we, it is us, who must expand our own horizons, we must clean the windows we rise and find before ourselves. They are dirty, they are smeared, they go through different manifestations, just like the entire universe. It is vigilance. We keep getting the Windex out and spraying it clean again and again and again, remembering and remembering and remembering this is the practice of one's life. How wide is one's perspective? Do you not remember whom you are? You are God. You have as much right to call yourself God as any other thing in this universe, for you are of this divine essence, as is everything else. Know thyself, to thine own self be true. You want self-improvement, you want to grow, so you need to be mindful to know how to grow, what tools to use. Simple, honest, free, shared mankind. There is no charge, nor should there be for being a recognized human being, in my humble opinion. Remembering not only one's breathing, but let's think about what else is going on in our chest, and probably you've already long ago begun to do this, and I'm leading towards being aware of one's pulse, one's heart squeezing and relaxing, ninety thousand times a day for you or me or us to be alive, to hearken to the call of a new day, to herald before ourselves all which is inside, being here now, giving oneself a chance to put out roots, strengthen one's resolve, discipline, thinking, receptivity, acceptance, humility, kindness, being in these ways is as important as meditating, as sitting comfortably, as being undisturbed. For if you are not nice to yourself, kind, if you do not feel compassion for your own being as well as all of mankind, then you are lost, and that's okay. For each moment is a new opportunity to grow and to change, it is an oscillation, become, be, now, in whatever way you want to be. Simple things as this, rising in one's own self-recognition, you are here, you are doing it. Keep at it, thinking all day. This is an all day exercise from when you wake up until you fall asleep, and even if you can help and remember and facilitate some movement in one's dream states, it is everywhere, it is anything, it is everything, it is one's life, mindful meditation. Hello? Think about it. The music's continuing for another minute. God bless us all.
