Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

Duh, I need constantly to be dipping my hand in the Air to remember its Harmony and Grace. Without our oxygen, Life would soon be extinguished. Improving now. Finding one's own way is what we do all the time. More aware, less aware, improving ourselves or depreciating ourselves, utilizing our energy in a focused and concentrated manner, or much more loosely. Being here now is already an accomplishment, a reason to be proud, a way to help oneself find a deeper resonance, a habit changing experience, energy arriving at one's own foundation, oneself, one's shimmering majesty of all the energies we can become aware of, are aware of in this universe, starting with ourselves, of course, foundation, physical, breathing, pulsing, warm, shimmering, glowing, shining with energy, with illumination. This is mindful meditation, not complicated. It is simple, it is what we do all day. We are adding an element of perspective, of the strength of our foundation and an inquiry of curiosity. It is one, two, three. To make an effort is the hurdle of each, allowing flowing, growing self-wisdom to ameliorate, enhance, all of one's traits, one's responses to... more harmonious ways, being non- judgmental, being a witness, accepting, allowing, receiving a message "of what one has" and "what one can do," self-improvement rings, vibrates, being in awe of one's own being, one's own vitality of all these energies and processes we're discussing, and thousands upon thousands more, right? Hormones and all kinds of things, activities, movement, all of these things going on simultaneously in each, finding oneself sitting in the midst of all of this, like you are the cap of the mushroom, and you have a world beneath you. It is everywhere, it is spread out, there is a lot, and you are in a space of tranquility and harmony, grace, shimmering with life force, shimmering with the power of thirty seven trillion cells coordinating in one's life, all of these different elements at once, one's blood, one's respiration, one's flowing, warming, body's ambiance, glowing, rising, witnessing one's own moments... creation. Shining in thine own grace. Taking advantage of one's time.
