Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

I see all good people now. It's nice to remember our family of mankind in a positive light. Regardless of individual mistakes, lack of civility, and downright nasty natures. It's occurring all over this world and possibly arising in each of us. Therefore, it's a question of one's ability to be a better helmsperson of themselves, to guide one's own system of beliefs and one's own activity, one's actions in more positive and well-being, meaningful ways. It is a responsibility we share as individuals, families, communities, nations, and a world. It is a responsibility in my belief system of being born. It is our payback to God or godliness or our universe or to creation or to whatever manifestation one looks towards for a sense of spirituality and tradition. Everything has its costs, everything has its benefits. We need be-ing aware of these things. It is not all love and kisses in this world when there are those who would deceive and steal or harm one. One need be open-minded, yes, and calm, okay, and clear, yes, better, and generous and kind, absolutely, and yet also able to be disciplined, purposeful, responsive, as one need be, in determining what is best to do in circumstances beyond our control, of which we can still play some part in. And yet the stewardship or sense of responsibility we each should feel is real. What does this have to do with mindful meditation? Everything. Because mindful meditation is not being in "la la" land, it is being authentic and real with what we have at hand. And there are many beautiful things, many concepts and ideas of splendor, and of the awe-inspiring nature of our creation, of evolution, of all the artistic and inventiveness we have created, and yet also there is a sense of disappointment and even shame for some of the things man does to man or man does to environment in the name of some sense of foolishness that needs to be monitored. And our world, our peoples, our environment need to be protected. These things go hand in hand. This is not one separated from another. You have two hands and they grasp each other to shake hands. It is not done in one. Communicate, collaborate, cooperate, commiserate, and compromise, utilizing skillful tools. There are always more perspectives for us to share. The wiser, the wider one's perspective, the better. Being here now, bundles of miracles. Homo sapiens have a great deal in common, being ninety-nine point six percent the same. We can, we should, we are, bundles of miracles as a race, as a species, related to every other human being. It is a small pool. It was a small grouping formed in Africa, many hundreds of thousands of years ago, and spread we have throughout all the land surfaces of our world, across oceans, mountains, and plains. All of these things mankind has accomplished, even traveling to the moon. This is a potential history of mankind, a possibility of what we can do. And I'm sure we can. And yet, how do we want to do this? In a sense of beauty and equanimity, of open mindedness, of understanding and compassion and empathy, or of greed, of foolishness, of meanness, of control, of enslavement, of abuse. Which way do we go? Each of us has a part to play in this game as a role player in the game of life. Each of us has a responsibility. Each of us has an influence on the whole, one's friends, one's family, one's community, one's society, one's nation, one's world. Each of us has a role to play. How much energy is one devoting to this aspect of one's life? Is a question to ask. An important question to ask during one's mindful meditation. Being here now, aware of one's breath, one's pulse, one's heat shimmering from one's body, warming the atmosphere in close proximity to one's skin. Being even more delicately or sensitively or receptively aware of one's body's motion, one's vibration, one's whole body quaking and swaying with activity, being aware, being aware of one's senses, one's sense of touch, one's sense of taste and smell, one's eyesight, the multi-dimension of colors, shading, textures, and sound, both beneath and above the threshold of actual noise in our minds, of the potential of what's occurring in this universe, in every cascading and succeeding moment in time. We are here now, bundles of miracles, humbled and thankful. The music continues for another minute. I wish each of us a great and wonderful day, filled with joy and smiles, opportunities of advancement and enrichment, wisdom, kindness, generosity, harmony, grace.
