we are or we are not, and the degrees and levels of this are always changing...

and what I'm referring to is "receptivity."

it is an effort made, attention, in essence "spent!"

which helped determine in which a way we are flowing...

which way do you want to grow (?)

Good morning. You hear the sounds as my lips form these words, and we take in the symbology, ignoring in a sense, the actual physical assemblage of a word, of words, and go directly to their meaning. It is because we understand them. We're familiar with, for example, the word hello, good morning. And yet when we begin to analyze what we're doing, speech, having learned to memorize and become familiar with a set of sounds for communication, the deeper we think, the more we are amazed by this realization of just a little bit of the capacities, capabilities of mankind, language, communication, structured, organized, disciplined, has helped us get where we are. We, keeping our eyes open, ourselves receptive and alert, we have a chance to view more, become more aware, enjoy more, be a witness to a wider set of events. There are an infinite number of things occurring simultaneously to everything. This is the point. We can affect this with our thoughts and actions.

Allowing our Selves, us, to be the bundle of miracles we can assume and know we are. We have some foundation upon which to grasp and which to find ourselves acclimated and comfortable in. We ask each other to come to a comfortable posture. This is what we're talking about, coming to one's foundation. The foundation upon which to come is a question left unanswered. It is for an individual to determine from one's own flowing mind's activity. And yet you might, through one's own experience, suggest physicality, such as being aware of one's thermal energy. Because we're aware of it all the time, and it comes in and out of our minds. Oh, I'm sweating, it's so warm and humid and hot, or I'm cold, it's a little cool. I'll put something else on or cover a little bit better, or get out of the wind, or away from the air conditioner, or you get what I mean. It is a beginning to realize one's physicality. If we do this, we propel ourselves into greater and greater perspectives. The wider range of opportunities and potentials we see, it increases our chances of success. If we do this on a regular basis, if we form habits and make a practice out of our meditation and mindfully be-ing, then we will find success more often. It is the law of energy following attention. When you invest your time, then you get a reward. If you have been foolish, it is a negative reward. If you have learned to become more wise, then maybe it's a positive reward. Maybe it's another lesson before one has a positive reward, but one is receptive and accepting and learning for improvement to reach a better goal for one's future success. (This is the Way)

Being here now, finding beneath the thermal energy radiating from our bodies, a pulse, finding some place, maybe between your fingers and palms, pressing them gently together. I like them wide apart, spread apart like a web. And yes, the warmth is here, and yes, a pulse is beneath it, bringing fresh, warm blood to our palms and fingers. And thinking more in particular, specifically about our bodies and about our vascular system and the heat being generated by our lungs and our hearts, muscular activities, we begin to feel the surface of our skins, where our extremities may be touching something, our buttocks, our feet, our hands together. Just being aware. One's eyeglasses, one's hearing apparatuses, one's humming voice, one's Everything one can be, allowing oneself to see the ramifications of everything. As important as mindful meditation is to this inquiry, this act of curiosity, this wanting to become more, this desirous goal. We need be counterbalanced. Let me repeat that. Need be counterbalanced by Virtue to help harmonize one's journey. Now this seems to be a well-established secret in plain sight. As important as it may be to exercise one's mind, one's attention span, focus, concentration, contemplation, realization, illumination, revelation, awe. As important as these things are, ecstatic vibration, we switch our attention. We change our content of energy, our mind wanders. They are not continuous by and large. They come and go, they flow, they pause. The universe changes. Our focus, our direction, our gaze changes. This is all natural. So what do we do about this?

Speaker

We have virtue, we have patience, we have understanding, we have kindness, we have sensitivity, we have receptivity and acceptance. We have gentleness. We have friendship, love, and we have appreciation. We have humility, and we have a sense of gratitude, compassion, empathy. We have all of these characteristics, strength, organization, discipline, perseverance, perspective on everything. Do we have these (?) This is virtue. To have these qualities, to be building these qualities in oneself, adding to mindful meditation, inquiring about oneself. The five W's and one H of Thomas Wilson. These two joining together like hands, like DNA. And the result is one's changing environment on spiritual evolution. It is here in this. If we go a little deeper still, we can find ourselves shaking. And you might say, Well, what do you mean, uh shaking? I don't feel like I'm shaking. And I'm just asking you to feel deeper inside. Feel the movement, first of all, of the heat travelling through one's skin. Okay, and in steps, I'm asking you to research this inside of your own mind's Experience. Feeling your body's pressure in the room or in the location you're in, your environment. Feeling your body, the skin, the warmth emanating through it. This is a step or two to take, or three.

Speaker

Being here now is the first. One's heat is second, one's skin is third. Feeling beneath one's skin the fourth, one's pulse, one's cadence of what? Of life giving, oxygenated blood. Hallowed be thy name. Feeling these as much as possible, simultaneously, in a presence, gently, almost imperceptibly, swaying, moving, subtly, as one's shape, one's posture changes. And it's okay, it's natural. And feeling beneath one's pulse there is a different kind of activity. It is cellular in origin. It is the effervescence, it is the energy of each one of one's own thirty-seven trillion cells in a chorus of life, alive, doing its cellular thing. Shimmering with energy, your being, vibrant, glowing, flowing with life energy. This is another degree of contemplation and perception. Being receptive, accepting what you find. There's nothing wrong in shaking and shimmering and being ecstatically vibratory in recognition of one's own celebration of being alive. Reason to be proud of one's accomplishments and awareness to be in this way or in any way with awareness creating all.
