Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

Where do we come from? Where do we go? Why are we and good morning.
Speaker 1We are making an effort to become more familiar with this subject matter. When one practices, one remembers, one's memories are activated, and the integrity of what has happened in the past flows a sense of history, of experience, our wisdom, our knowledge. We seek more integrity in our understanding of the universe, ourselves, the way we act in this world. Why, where, how, when, you know, who? What is going on is always a question, and should be uppermost in our minds. For we know for sure things are changing. How can I improve the direction? How can I lighten its load and allow it to flow in all directions with harmony and grace, with calm. Being here now in our most fundamental state, beneath our egos and our outer minds, just breathing, going back to one's tradition, one's oldest tradition. The first and last thing we do in our lives. Going back to this process of respiration. There is nothing more fundamental than this. We share it, each one of us, allowing one's practice to grow and having it begin to seethe with energy, awareness. Because this is our goal. And we can do this all our time, all of our moments, as many as one can. It is a state of mind, a state of one's consciousness. So this is what we're doing. Learning to operate in our world.
Speaker 1There'll be setbacks for sure. Every day. We keep trudging ahead step by step. And with practice and new habits being formed, one surely shall improve. This is like a law. You put energy, pay attention to, create new habits of new ways of thinking and expressing and understanding oneself. What do you think will result?
Speaker 1We are remembering the majesty of creation, of our creation, of our long history, of all the circumstances that have made this possible. We are here today conversing, all things to be appreciated. This is what sensitivity is, and receptiveness to be open to a feeling of awe-inspired thinking, memory, contemplation, realization, illumination, revelation. They are the same symbol, being a shining radiant presence, for we are focusing, concentrating on one's breathing, as it is easy for us to do, feeling the warmth of our body simultaneously, because it's there. And if you're like me, with my paws or feet firmly on the ceramic floor beneath, and my hands pressed moderately together, fingers to fingers, thumb to thumb, palm to palm, feeling inside a radiance of this thermal energy while also monitoring the activity of our heart's pumping fluid through arteries and veins, feeling focused. This is mindful meditation. We have found a point to apply oneself to, to pay attention to. This is it.
Speaker 1This is the understanding. And in so doing becomes deepening, one's state of mind changes. It opens. It is like a window that is a little bit ajar, but now we're opening it a little more. Why? In part, innate curiosity, because your attention is focused on it, and one's effort is being made, one's energy is being harmonized, made into habits through one's practice, continually, as much as one can, and being of significant virtue so as to be understanding, compassionate, nice, & kind to oneself. When you fall down, for surely, if you are like me, you will fall down, and picking oneself up, (smiling & learning), is this not enough? The whole universe is beckoning, allowing oneself this memory "to shudder through-out oneself," creating ripples and waves in one's own understanding of our environment. Feeling the floor, feeling in between one's hands, this effervescence beneath all of these other physical properties is our life force, the presence of life in each of us, shimmering, shining Energy. What more can we want than recognition of our own majesty? Would you subscribe something is more important? For without yourself one is lost. Look everywhere, can you see? The music is continuing for another minute, muse, practicing all day with kindness, clarity, and humility, for we are bundles of miracles. Humble, thankful
