Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

Do you know the way inside? Just say hello. Good morning. You are not deaf inside your own mind. You are receiving messages all the time. Your conscious, unconscious being. Think about it. Think about how your mind works. Think about things just coming up into your mind. Where are they coming from? No one's called you on the phone to remind you. It's coming from your mind, from your brains, from your consciousness, from your ego. Everything is involved. There are filters and there are collaborations of these impulses and these characteristics being accumulated, concentrated, created in one's mind, in one's actions, in our world. It is so for everything. All reaching back to the primordial energy of what has seemingly been created fourteen billion years ago. This energy permeating our universe, the basic foundation of everything. Thinking about it, you don't need to put your head around it. How can any of us? Familiarity is a different way of being able to pursue a sense of understanding, a wider perception of understanding, where one is more not only familiar yet comfortable with. This is what we're talking about. How comfortable am I talking about and thinking about these subjects?
SpeakerBeing here now. In this instant of time, in this place, wherever we find ourselves comfortable, postured in such a way, in such a manner, over time we find an environment where we can suggest to ourselves through our everything. We want to say hello and wake up, reminding ourselves of who and what we are. Humbled. Anything. Why? How? In the flowing tides of creation. Where? When? You see, where is direction in physical space? When is our sense of time? Of this flowing momentum of energy. Even then, one thousandth of one percent is not much of a bandwidth of perception when we are missing ninety-nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine other things going on than what we perceive. It is this way, science says. Being open-minded, then with our realization of our own limitations, of possibilities, potentials of being. In ourselves, we have opportunity to expand and grow. And in everything we can imagine, we can conceive more. Being thankful for an opportunity to perceive, to become a witness and grow, to acquire more virtues we feel we want to improve, becoming better human beings, to in this journey, seeking self-improvement. It can be in the hesitation of saying something that might not be a kind word, and not saying it, changing the tone. This in itself, is this not a sense of energy being manipulated by a mind? Is this not an action? Is this not a response or a result of one's memory flashing and saying, wait, be patient. And instead of scolding, being understanding, these are the little steps we make all our time. It is important to remember and review within this same context of all of our time. There is no such thing as one and done in our universe. It is expanding and it is constantly changing. These are the basic facts. And what about our own? Someone calls you a bundle of miracles. What do they mean? They mean we can begin our investigation in a simple and easy way. We can choose a subject we are more than likely, what we are, the most familiar with. Our own being alive. Common sense. Simplicity. Although there is nothing simple about any of us. In considering a human adult body, there are thirty seven trillion cells. It's a lot of conversation going on. Just this, Do we need more than this?
SpeakerDo you want to play? We can consider processes that this miraculous organism goes through.. the process of respiration, breathing. We can become more familiar through practice of what we are doing when we breathe. Have a sense of accomplishment and learning, greater familiarity with this capability, this process we share. It is a way of focusing and concentrating, helping one alleviate conflicting and potentially interfering thoughts in one's mind. Our gathering can be easily disturbed, if we're not careful. We need be consistently focused, positive, strong, nurturing our beings with our own wisdom, with our own life's song. And it is not just one's short life upon this world's time. It goes back to the beginning of time for creatures upon this world. It is billions of years old inside of each of us. If it were not, then we would not be here. It is as simple as this.
SpeakerAnother process to consider is circulation. Circulation, vascular system, arteries, veins, a heart pump, squeezing ninety thousand times a day, reminding in each and every pulse the energy of creation harbored in one's chest, glowing orangey red, white, allowing ourselves to grow, finding a sense of concentration and focus to our breathing, our postures, our pulse, being aware, our thermal energy, an additional attribute of focusing and concentration to mindful meditation. Now these three breath, pulse, warmth. Easy.
SpeakerAnd now adding a fourth, which is one's shimmering, dynamic majesty of thirty seven trillion cells vibrating with life energy. Feeling this, maybe putting one's hands together, if you like, and feeling the soles of one's feet, feeling this shimmering majesty as these surfaces touch, different things one might consider to help oneself concentrate, focus, finding one's way to one's own unique foundation. Of course, there's a lot more than just this. This is a place from which we set off from being present, rocking, pulsing in your heart's exuberance, in one's life's cadence, be aware of the warmth emanating by the activity of your blood flowing through these vascular systems and sharing this warmth wherever it flows, which is everywhere, all the way down to one's toes, one's nose, one's ears, everywhere, feeling one's whole body quivering majestically, humbly, thankfully, for why not?
SpeakerBeing in awe of one's own sensitivity, receptivity, acceptance, allowing one's eyes to well up, feeling this intensity of life. This is a good way to be. This helps one be open-minded, become a witness to a greater perspective of what might be. This is enough. This is good, this is a good foundation for us to be to all things, being open, aware. That does not say condoning them. There are many things which are wrong being done in our world today, at this moment we're speaking. No, no. We are talking common sense. There is a time and a place for everything. Sometimes judgments need be made. We need, all we need, we need, we need to know we can grow. If we try to, we can grow. How? nourishing oneself with energy. How do I do this? By paying attention to these subjects which are important and most suitable for our energy being spent upon them. Meaning don't waste time, utilize time wisely. It is a perspective, it is a part of our foundation, it is the flowing cadence of moments. We need be aware, suggestive to ourselves at all times and places our responsibility, our stewardship all the time. It is every moment, even asleep, dreaming.
SpeakerDo not take lightly your time upon this world. It is seemingly not endless, and yet again and again the suggestion raises what is my life's purpose if not to grow, to improve, to harness what I am in a more positive way, continuing, remembering, and being of the many virtues we wish to exemplify in our own presence, response, being, thinking, kindness, patience, understanding, courtesy, friendliness, generosity, compassion, empathy certainly are among most useful of our virtues.. compromise, collaboration, communication, conscience. The list goes on. The attributes to attain swells and continues to grow. All of these are worthy for us to consider, pay attention to, energize in our beings. The music continues for another minute. Ponder, prosper.
