listen, beneath the words is one's own commentary, pay attention, allowing a flooding coalescence of ideas and concepts to mingle and thread, and to disentangle and combine again.  This is literally Creation.  where we each can begin....          is at our own beginnings, which is our birth,        And, develop our opportunities as best we can.

this is a worthy goal, my opinion

some tools can be useful, even helpful and have been shared for thousands of years

famous sayings have risen into the consciousness of our civilization such as "know thyself" or "to thine own self be true," two excellent examples, there. are many, in many traditions, most likely since before recorded history has been found, even before

we have a great deal to be proud of as Homo sapiens, and humbled, for even though our roles are important to us, over the span of time they shrink in the perspective of one's lineage.

Just want to say hello and welcome, share goals, and through Practice witness as we continue to climb rung by rung on the ladder divine

I see all good people, calling out to you. I see all good people come and gather through being true to your own being, no one else's to thine own self be true. Is this not where we need to begin? And we are here, now bundles of miracles. How lucky to be in this dimension of reality, this dimension of time and space. How many others are there of different characteristics? We have no clue. It is apparent sometimes people have abilities we consider to be unusual or extrasensory in nature, in my humble opinion, are the dimensionalities of our universe opening, being more receptive as if the constraints between them are becoming thinner. This is the way it all begins. This is the dawning of the Aquarian age as we are seeking to better ourselves, better mankind, better our interactions between each family member and all species, interspecies, even inter-dimensionality. Where are we now? Still. It is a perception, it is a perspective if we call ourselves positive rather than negative. It is all of these things. And it is constantly stirring in this dimension of time and space.

Being here, present, feeling one's heat emanating, feeling. What else? Are you sitting? Are you standing? Are you somewhere in between? Are you laying down? In this moment of time, what is your posture? Have you made an opportunity to refine the way that you assume a posture? To find a greater sense of calm, ease, tranquility. Please, doing this now. Breathing. Also with a greater sense of awareness, of witnessing one's breathing process. Long and slow. As you wish. Let's calm down, doing it this way, long and slow, purposefully. Envision inside your chest, nestled between one's lungs, one's heart swelling with an orangey red glow and a lightning white energy. As we are growing in our attention to this area, attention creates energy. We are building our spiritual energy. You already know this. Your own sense of sensitivity is an example. Being here. Bundles of miracles. Not twenty-five or fifty or seventy-five years old, but of reflecting. In every direction we can sense we are much older. The different structures upon which our body is built, our bones, our muscles, our sinew, everything. How old are these elements, these compounds? Were they just created for your purpose alone? Or have they been here for millions and billions of years? Just in this way, the basic constituents of energy creating all of these different things. Fourteen billion years old. Creation. The energy of our primordial explosive creation. What about our DNA? What about our blueprint, which forms us, forms you inside once your mother and father have created a sperm and an egg, a new Homo sapiens being, you or I, us, both, we, cousins, all of us. What about this being we are? The one that fabricates your fingers and your toes, your nose, your eyes, your ears, your mouth. The one that has been evolving for millions of years, billions again of years. There's three different ways to preview whom we are, of being receptive to these concepts. They're all unique, they're all one. And then there's you and I, our consciousness, our sometimes people call this ego, but it is a life experience. It is everything we're speaking about. Ego, manifestation of, I don't know. It has a lot of connotations which may or may not be suitable when we're trying to consider our being as a whole. This sum total of your name or mine. What is this? It is a part of evolution. It is a generation, it is a refinement in what is, in what has been, and what is to become. We are the glue in between. We are the lifetime between our parents and our children. It is hallowed ground we are discussing. We are bundles of miracles for all these reasons, and now the fourth, this one. In this life we have an opportunity to inject our beings, to be stewards, responsible for everything we find. Consider. Have an opportunity or potential to influence. It is our role, it is our capabilities, it is our capacity, and it is a worthy goal. It is our way of paying our way. For surely no one paid in gold or silver for your birth, for your creation.

Finding. Again and again, when one succumbs to choosing a different direction to pursue, it could be a moment or an hour or a day or months or weeks or days or years. And yet, surely one must remember what these words represent. Whom am I? Know thyself. To thine own self be true. These questions inquire deeply of our own beings. All of mankind. It is our nature to be curious, inquisitive. It is the way we are. It's a good thing. Look where we are today because of our nature. Perhaps we could have been like a sloth, not to diminish a sloth, but a different nature indeed. Being aware of one's Be-ing, of one's pulse, of one's breath as we are breathing. One wants to learn to focus and concentrate, then play games with one's breathing techniques. Count them. Play games with them. Become your breath's best friend. You've heard that before. Great idea. For you are doing it twenty thousand times a day. Better to have a friend that's always visiting. Similarly, one's pulse arrives approximately ninety thousand times a day. How much better than even than one's breath to remind oneself of whom and what we are, where we are, how, why, when remembering your Majesty, we are all bundles of miracles. Everyone, there is no one who is not.

One's spiritual or psychological development within the context of one lifetime can be led astray for any number of reasons, many of which could easily be beyond the control of an individual or a grouping. And it is for all of us to be open-minded and receptive, understanding and kind. It is easy to say these words, and many say, Oh, these are platitudes of well-wishing. Yes, exactly so. It is with the seeding of these words in one's mind, where they begin to grow in one's heart and soul. Just in the thinking do they begin to be nourished with attention and the energy which follows? It is this way. It is why we are here to refresh and practice, remembering the magnitude of whom and what we are in this hallowed creation We call our universe. And what is its limit? What is its range? What do we think we know? It is better to be humble and realize science believes we understand one thousandth of one percent of the role of energy in our universe. Because this is what they're saying. Then we know nothing. Not one percent. One thousandth of one percent. Being humble, being kind, having compassion, empathy, understanding, being generous, always being kind. By being kind, you bring kindness unto oneself. How? You ask, but it is in the very nature of kindness. It is like a smile. If one ventures out in a social environment, whatever that might be, may be walking in the hall or out of doors or in a building or anywhere in between. One has a genuine, authentic smile beaming literally and figuratively beaming. How many smiles will you find responding to your own? It is the same way in everything. Music continues, shine
