This is true for all of us, at least everyone I've ever met.  It is our condition.  It is neither good nor bad, it is our predicament and it is also flexible like everything else in this universe, maybe even the laws governing, flickering, don't know much about anything, lots of questions mean consideration, attention, energy....

Curiosity,

this is the beginning of the Dawning Aquarian Age.   Wake up!

Wow wow woah wo remembering the value of a hum sound in one's throat, in one's upper chest, in our torsos, in our lungs, in our hearts, spreading energy through our vascular system as far away as our toes. In so doing, remembering our physicality, our structure, our DNA, our history through evolution, the dawning of the Aquarian age, say, twenty thousand years ago, encompassing recent history, where and what happened before then. Even these things we have found out so much about our planet, about the processes involved in planetary natures in our sun, in our solar system, and beyond. Finding ourselves being here now as a bundle of miracles, something to behold, something to reckon and think about. It is here we begin our journey today, inside of one's own chest cavity, breathing long and slow in, satiated, pausing for a gentle moment or two, reflection, exhaling just as long as one needs, being comfortable, at ease, and pausing again, refreshing one's reflection, how lucky we are to be alive, to be on the cusp of celebrating in every moment of our lives. If we choose, we perceive the glory of our universe. It is beneath our feet, between our hands, in our noses, our eyes and mouths. It is not just the air, it is everything, the dust, the spores, the other forms of life and energy. It is everything. Everything in a sum total is what? The energy of creation. Everything is related in this universe. We can say many things about this subject matter of the oneness of our universe. It is just another perspective of an infinite number of perspectives. Making an assumption of this perspective is a grateful way to understand our universe, finding an inherent cohesion between everything that is. This is all it is. It is a perspective. How wide of a perspective does one want to share? How do we acquire a widening perspective? By practicing, by trying to become more aware, by being more aware, through one's paying attention to practicing, whatever that means for you, prayer, meditation, mindfulness, these are words that represent activities in one's nogin, in one's head, from which you have come, from which you are, is a confluence of events going back literally millions of years. In our present tense, I'm referring more loosely to our cultural, civilizational traditions, which have built up in this period of time, in this beginning or dawning of the Aquarian age. That's what we're talking about. That's what's important, is we take advantage of our opportunity to learn from the experience of our kind, of Homo sapiens that have come before us. We hear this over and over again. It's not new news. It's just that we need to put it into practice. We need to be more practical with the applications and the wisdom and the experience of our civilizations. We need to put aside our egos, think as mature adults, look at what's going on in our world. This is a revolution of thinking we're talking about. Look at our societies, our governments. They are swelling, but not with wisdom. With too many carbohydrates and a lack of self-care, and of poorly performing governments who are oblivious and in office for their own self-aggrandizement rather than the betterment of greater groupings of society, selfishness rather than altruism, greed rather than kindness and sharing and humility. We see it everywhere. We need to stand up to it. We need to change it. It is only one direction of many. We can do anything. Putting our minds to it. Look, we are already contemplating, visiting other planets in our star system. Come on. Where does it begin? It begins in each heart. It begins nestled between one's two lungs, where one is breathing long and slow and purposefully in and pausing, out, and pausing with intention, purpose, with a sparkle of joy and thankfulness. We are alive, being present in these moments, can be pure joy, allowing it to be, being receptive, feeling the intensity of your aliveness throughout one's body, one's heart's pulsing, one's body radiating thermal energy, other kinds of energy, thinking, thought energy, muscular energy, all kinds of energy. Being aware, mindfulness, practicing. You're doing it. Even just listening to the words, we are doing it. Because we're thinking, it is only in degrees. Practicing through life's moments is an innovative way to foster a sense of learning where we haven't had this kind of instruction in our past. This is what we're doing. We're creating new habits of being, being aware of one's breathing, one's pulsing, one's thermal energy, of the ultimate awareness of one's encompassing physiology, one's cellular structures as they vibrate and teem with life, energy. Moment by moment, trillions, thirty-seven trillion cells celebrating another moment of life. It is this way, all four levels of awareness, from breathing to heartbeat, through thermal, through shimmering radiance, growing, flowing, not flickering, flowing, radiance, glowing, shining in one's own self-revelation. The music continues for another minute. Remembering we are all bundles of miracles, humbled by our realizing the immensity of creation, ourselves, and everything else, thankful to be aware.
