Hi. What is going on in our universe? There is no such thing as time. If we consider someone on the opposite side of our planet, they are in the middle of the opposite of what we're in. If we're in day, they're in night. If they're in night, we're in day. So how does that work? What is the conception of time then . It is the sequence of events occurring in momentary blocks. Instances. Seconds, if you will. Again, our definition. What is anything? What is everything?

Is a question valuable for one's consideration. One's attempting to better formulate a sense of understanding of our universe, of the seas that cover our planet, the land, the clouds, the air, the sense of gravity, the sense of stars in the distance, the sense of following galaxies, even an understanding of the evolution of our own species, of even the evolution of one's own being, of you and I, as we are actually participating in this dialogue. What is the perspective which we can easily share? We begin as one cell, one egg and sperm coming together. In a matter of nine months, your DNA, with your mom's help, participation and love, becomes one thousand billion, "one trillion cells." And on one's journey through childhood and teenage years and into adulthood, we add another thirty-six trillion cells for a total of thirty-seven trillion cells of which an adult Homo sapien is composed of. From one.

Each of us is born as a gift. Each of us bears a responsibility, my opinion, for self-improvement. And how do we measure this? We measure this by one's virtue, one's deeds, one's interactions with oneself and with those around oneself. There's potential and opportunity to improve. Acquiring virtues is a good way. Being kind and generous and understanding, compassionate, having empathy, being patient, being happy, being appreciative, being humble. These are all vital, in my opinion, characteristics. For we need them not only to interact with others, we need them to interact with our own beings. To thine own self be true. One must be kind and gentle to themselves. One must be understanding and compassionate.

Nowhere has it been said it is easy to grow. We need to put effort into everything we want. From the very next breath we breathe to the very next time one's heart beats, energy is expended. Heat is generated, our body's temperature, what we call normal, ninety-eight point six degrees Fahrenheit. Everything has a give and take. In which way do we choose? We want more positive or we want more negative. It is a choice. It is our own attention to helping develop this leaning towards or these small steps of improvement. This is what mindful meditation is for.

Being comfortable. Being in an environment where one can relax and expand the presence of one's own mind. One finding a greater degree of sensitivity and also receptivity. They're not the same. Sensitivity is to feel. Receptivity is to have an open mind towards feelings. This is an opportunity for one to grow. Please, following your breathing, witnessing one's pulse, allowing oneself to focus on one's physicality, doing both at once. Adding in an awareness of your thermal energy, of your feeling. What is your environment that you're in? You feel air circulating around your skin and your cilia, your hair? Do you feel your clothes? Are you sitting or standing? You feel the pressure of gravity pulling you down? Of course. Being more aware. See how easy it is? We have choices. They're easy choices. Keep making them all the time. And when one forgets, which is what we do, because we are multitasking creatures, being compassionate and understanding, kind. Yes. Hello. We accept ourselves for whom we are. Thank you. Humbly. Homo sapiens. In such a way we find ourselves growing wiser, more perceptive. Doing this all day. Have a great day. The music's going to continue for another minute. Please enjoy and ponder.
