we look all over the place, we gaze toward the stars, we look at images representing our favorite deity's representation, we call out in prayer...   and all we need do is say hello inside to one's own heart and soul.  don't need to verbalize it, don't need to make any fancy and/or specific incantation or rituals, there is room for everyone's individuality and grace.  we are all children of god, the emergent energy of creation, smile, be gracious and appreciative, humble and god's presence will be yours, be nice, helpful, spread the word

I see all good people. Hi. I'm talking about habits formed over millennium, and as habits are they change. It is such a time now. The dawning of the Aquarian age has long since begun thousands of years ago. Maybe we don't know about it, but in my opinion, recorded history is the advent of this era. How does this tie into mindful meditation? Because what you perceive is your universe. And what we know and now have an ability to reflect upon for this amount of time, say twenty thousand years, again, my supposition, it is just a number.

Being here now, feeling oneself in a calm, tranquil environment, thinking how warm one's body feels when we make an effort to be aware . Please, putting your fingertips and fingers and palms and thumbs together gently and feeling even more warmth here as two parts of your body are joined, emanating together in one place. Being aware of the little bit of space in the center of one's palms, gently. We're just feeling the forces at work in our own hands, in your hands and mine. Thinking about what this means. Taking a step away from one's body into a position where we are watching time from a distance. We can see millions of years, even billions. See a great cloud of interstellar dust becoming a sun, becoming planets, four in a half billion years ago. We are aware of this today. Life began forming after a billion years. The environment changed. And in the process of evolving the primordial energy of creation through the complexity of energy oscillating, twisting, and turning, we have what we have today, which is a panorama of planets, stars, solar systems, galaxies that go on beyond even what we see with the "latest" James Webb telescope . How does this relate? We are only our perception. If one practices within a range of being, go to the edge. Expand the realm of one's own possibilities. Do not look at a box in front of oneself and say, okay, left, right, up and down. This is mindful meditation, allowing oneself, to be coming to terms with the universe. Because that's what's everywhere, we're immersed in the atmosphere. We are immersed in the energy of creation. It is inside our lungs, it is everywhere. Being aware of one's breath, a direct energy laden, infusion of oxygen, and we are alive. Satiated twenty thousand times a day. You and I, with our hands gently placed together, feeling deep inside, feeling beneath the texture of one's skin, the warmth, finding the pulsing of one's arteries and veins, in your fingers, palms, thumbs, in your feet, all over, in many places. This is where ecstasy exists, in the shimmering majesty of one's own awareness. We're here. Feeling the pulse, feeling the warmth, feeling one's textures, taste in one's mouth, feeling beneath one's pulse in one's hands, feeling the slightest of tremors, as if one's whole body is effervescent. It is, it shimmers with life energy. Thirty-seven trillion cells, for whom every moment is life or death if they do or don't receive oxygen derived from our blood streams, derived from our lungs, derived from the atmosphere we are immersed in. We are here in this panorama of being everything under your feet, above your eyes. This is perspective. One's better off having as wide a perspective as possible, and yet acquiring virtues is as important as any and everything. Be understanding, kind, reflective, and responsive, being aware of one's opportunities, one's potential, allowing oneself to be alert, awake, full of consciousness. And when one is not, pause, allowing one's fingers to come together, one's thumbs, one's palm. Feeling yourself vibrating with the energy of life. This is more than anything else you are, your connection to God. It is inside, shimmer and dance. The music continues for another minute. Thinking about what we are doing every day.
