Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

I see all good people. Today's Saturday. It's the 16th of May 2026. Pretty amazing. Being comfortable and undisturbed. We are embarking upon our journey. The bell is ringing. It's a ship. We're on a little river cruise. And we hope to experience some interesting scenes along our journey to help us think. To help us smooth out our day and our way of thinking in a more positive direction. Learning to play with the moments as they trickle, walk, jog, run, and zoom by. Having a sense.... we pause our thinking and reclaim. Remember the majesty of our own creation. Because that's in essence what we're doing. Bodily recognition, awareness. We do the same thing. I do the same thing. It is quick and easy. It is not a question, it is a fact. One relies upon input to ascertain what to believe. Yes or no? Forward or back. Left or right. With bodily awareness, one is closer to a fundamental truth. And one's ascertainment is instantaneous. A question need not arise when one is confident, when one is sure. What does this have to do with anything? It is in beginning to create an impression, a momentum in one's moments in a positive way. It is a trickle before it becomes a cascade. And so too, it is the same with everything that we're aware of in this, our universe. When we start having these kinds of broader conversations, wider perspectives begin to unfold. We look beyond the ends of our own noses and realize we are surrounded in a world that we are immersed in, the atmosphere. This gaseous substance we breathe. Literally immersed in our eyes, in our ears, inside of us as we breathe. Being here now, revelling, ecstatically stimulating one can be. Every breath is a miracle in what it is accomplishing. Every breath, every pulse, every squeezing of one's heart is a miracle in operation. All these chambers of one's heart, a miracle of evolution, of one's DNA. It is as simple as this conversation to find a sense of awe, of reverie, of reverence, of astonishment, of amazement in oneself. It is you we're talking about. Me, us, mankind, womankind, children, all are bundles of miracles. Related. Ninety-nine point six percent the same. Pausing when one forgets. It's okay. Don't allow it to become more than just a few moments. Return to one's senses often, gaining the most productivity of one's day, of one's being, of one's moments in time. We know the difference between dull and bright. There is a time and a season for both. But when one has awakened and wishes to make one's way through this world on our journey, is it better to have one's eyes closed or be wide awake to see what we can possibly find on our journey? Point made. Some thoughts to consider. It's very short today because I am packing and moving and unpacking and moving and packing and moving again, like that, again and again. Yet, I want to make this moment a sharing with you. Consistency is what we need. No matter what you are accomplishing or not, you are accomplishing something. And whatever you are thinking about it or not, the important things that I am sharing now is to be kind. An understanding of human nature, all human nature, not just one, not just oneself. Hereby, therefore, beginning to feel an inkling of our commonality and our uniqueness. And allowing oneself to accept and receive and to create little steps for one's self-improvement. We always need this. The journey of our boat is not in a straight line, it is going left and right and up and down. The sea is the universe. We can go in any direction. Which way do we want to point? Is the question. I know what your goals are because you are here with me. We are not on a new journey. It is already thousands of years old in our civilization in this last twenty thousand years. There are many. Wish you all a wonderful day. The music's continuing for another minute. How lucky we are. Bundles of miracles, humbled in our knowledge of the immensity of creation, behind and in front of our noses. Thankful. For, as Shakespeare said, to have a part in this play of life, in these scenes, as we participate in them on our voyage. Rise in self-harmony and grace. Nourish for self-improvement. Grow. Realizing what one is doing. Learning to better flow. Where am I having difficulties? Where am I finding myself in eddies? Where am I making some turns that are not fortuitous for my future? How can I help guide myself, lean myself into better situations, being a better helmsperson than I have been doing? How can I improve in this ever-changing universe? These are the considerations to share in one consciousness.
