Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

you're thinking, you have to be thinking about something, so you're thinking, and I'm suggesting "your thinking ought to be positive in nature, in practice, in changing one Self, all of the time, every day, as if your life depends upon it, and it does!"

I see all good people. Who's in charge here? Who's in charge here? In charge of oneself. Who's in charge? Are you in charge of yourself all of the time? Sometimes. Or just no. I think probably sometimes for all of us. Maybe someone is depressed and feeling loath, and they say they have no ability to be disciplined or to control themselves. This is something oftentimes one hears. But it's not true. There is always opportunity in the basic awareness of where one feels themselves to be... is... what? A comparison, path or journey one is on. Not saying that one has chosen it. I'm just saying a path one has taken. Circumstances are of infinite complexity. Different levels and degrees we can not really comprehend, added together, and you've ended up where one is, where we are, where you are or I am. How do we come to these decisions we're discussing unless there's something balancing it on the other side? Something balancing it on the other side! Both sides of the pendulum are always in motion. With one's negativity, one sees the potential for positivity. And so, know, both ways. Know both kinds of responses, reactions one's contemplating.. Hmmm.. How, with understanding and wisdom, one's perspective, one's awareness of one's perspective. We are great creatures. We are bundles of miracles. We have evolved over millions of years. There is nothing about mankind lacking in its incredibleness, its incredible nature. And yet we have thinking minds that get in our way, play games, and we have cultures and societies, institutions of varying kinds, which are all part of this attribute of inconsistency, of half-truths, upon which millions and billions rely on as fact, when it isn't the truth, when it obviously is not, and yet are called upon to believe in and correspond with whatever subject "the mass" wants to speak about. Is one more right than another? Is one wrong or right? This is a philosophical question to discover and answer for oneself. Maybe it's on levels, dimensions, realms of thinking, bringing in more perspectives to consider. This is mindful meditation. It's thinking. And one is wanting to think in a cogent or a focused, penetrating way, drilling down, as they say, into whatever it might be that one wants to consider. What subject is at hand? Utilizing Thomas Wilson's six questions, the five W's and the one H. What, where and when? Who and why and how? Applying these questions to whatever is your source of discussion, investigations go a long way to facilitating answers, steps, rungs one can climb or take. Herein this is positivity. Being aware. Being aware of our foundation. You need to be focusing, yes? So we're saying being aware of one's foundation is the beginning of this accomplishment. It is why in so many different spiritual traditions this is called for to come and gather, being here now, aware of complexity, evolutions, promise, and its detail, us being here now. This mind, this energy, this biological phenomena, Homo sapiens is speaking out loud, reverberations, energy being activated through the molecular structure of our air with force into microphones, etc., and into one's ears. That this is happening, that we can perceive this, we can understand and grasp what has happened in the last twenty thousand years, recorded history, the beginning of the Aquarian age of wisdom and transcendence of mankind. It is now. And with our egos it's always best to keep one's eye on what you are thinking. Why, who, where, when, what, how, why am I leaning in this direction? Please help me understand. Conclusions. Why am I coming from a sense of negativity? Not even neutrality or positive energy, but negativity. Why am I here? What is it one can do to facilitate a change in this micro environment in one's brains? What do we do? We remember we are... "that's all one needs to do." When the lid is raised, the universe shines brighter than anything else. Energy is immersive, everything is part. Being humble, being thankful, doing the best one can, opening oneself to sensitivity, not illusion. Creating thoughts, allowing possibilities to exist, differentiation of differences. The potential is always changing. There is a phrase I enjoy saying and thinking about. It brings me a great deal of strength and pleasure.
SpeakerI am here now. Okay. That's good. That's a good beginning. It means one is beginning to focus, if not already focusing. I am here now. That's the purpose. Nothing more silly or serious than this, just to be in this moment, conscious. To be participating as much as one can. Feeling in all directions. Of course, if one chooses one's foundation, which is one's physicality, then you're dealing with something very ancient, many millions of generations old. Whom would you rather choose to trust, to guide you, this or your ego? Whom, both. Don't ignore one for the other. Listen to both. It is with a widened perspective we make our best determinations. Your evolution, your majesty. For the sake of less than a hundred years of earthly pursuits, you are more than just a bundle of miracles. You are a spirit, you are energy, you are part of God. You are God's essence. Everything is. Right? Isn't everything part of the great explosion of creation? Isn't everything? Every molecule, every particle, every different kind of energy, isn't it all from the same beginning? So thinking about what we are doing. And where and why and when and who and what and how thinking about these things. If you find yourself not focusing, breathe. If you still find yourself not focusing once you have settled into a pattern of following one's breathing, one's cycle of breathing, one's inhale and pause, exhale and pause, and beginning again and becoming comfortable to this, in this..... meaning maybe you have (been or need) to practice a few times to gain a sense of familiarity with, with the art and practice of breathing. It's okay. We are all friends here and helpers of each other. It doesn't matter where you are, except for that you are here now, aware of one's own miraculous nature. This is the only thing important. It is the first day of your life, it is the first moment from the last. Opportunities exist. Rise into the sky of awareness shining brightly upon everything, including the shining beacon you are. If you still find yourself after becoming more familiar with your breathing process, then simultaneously adding to this after you have become a little bit more familiar with one's pulse. Pulsing, pulsing, sixty times every minute, more or less, pulsing. Can you feel it? Of course you can. And combining that with being aware of one's breathing simultaneously. Both. And now adding one's heat, one's warmth emanating from our chest. Because we are pulsing, we are breathing, we are exercising, muscular contractions are occurring, and heat is building, and our blood is carrying this heat, this thermalized energy into our vascular system. Bazebabu. Feels good to be alive. Now, that's all being here now, bundles of miracles, humbled before & by the immensity of creation, humble, before one's Self revelation of the complexity, the immensity of what is occurring simultaneously in this universe. Thankful to be able to think. The music continues for another minute. Ponder on just how lucky we are. If you've made it this far, I have a gift for you. Listen,
Speaker"a human being is a part of the whole we call the universe. He experiences himself as something separated from the rest. An optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion imprisons us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison, widening our circle of compassion, to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty." This is a quote from a German physicist named Albert Einstein, who was born in 1879 and died in 1955. I'm gonna read it one more time, just short. "A human being is a part of the whole we call the universe. He experiences himself as something separated from the rest, an optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion imprisons us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison, widening our circle of compassion, to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty."
SpeakerWe've got to put more effort into our task, wouldn't you say? That's what we're doing. Share, grow, become.
