Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

Hello. Good morning. I'm thinking about what are the components of our thinking comprised of as we are proceeding moment by moment through our environment, through our lives. I'm considering there is a positive or negative response or reaction to what we're thinking about what's occurring either in our minds or out and about. Or a third way of analyzing being more neutral with an outlook comprising a recognition of both positive and negative elements as the pendulum of one's response is forming, is taking shape. A posture where one can be more neutral to the circumstances as moments are proceeding. And we can make determinations and choices herein. Changing, being a witness to being adaptable and flexible within. Maybe reinforcing or prolonging or maybe lessening or pausing in between. Neutral as a witness, as an observer to the activities at hand. What is it that's occurring? Why?
SpeakerWhat and why... remember those questions from Thomas Wilson? And how do we change? And who does it? You and me. And when? All of the time. And where? Everywhere we go. This is the possibility of mindful meditation. This is the possibility of one's life, one's opportunities, one's aspirations, one's goals, one's curiosity, one's sense of joy for just being alive here, Now, bundles of miracles, millions of years in developing through evolution. Each of us, our DNA, unique DNA, each a cousin of everyone else upon this planet in this solar system, in this galaxy. Science now postulates there are trillions of galaxies. Do you think that there's one planet in every galaxy where life could have and most likely spawned? Don't you think? What do you think? Interesting question. How do we react to it? Do we come back to those three benchmarks we spoke of, which are positivity, negativity and being neutral? Is energy oscillating back and forth between these three or between these two extremes and being in the middle passing thru sometimes, also? Is this the inherent nature of energy in the first place? We are in this way. This is human nature, this is the nature of all things. Energy is building and falling, changing always, in every moment of time in this universe in which we are participating. Could be. I don't know. I don't know what the answers are. They're just thoughts and thinking. But something incredible is going on. That I know because of a sense of perspective. For example, so lucky to be able to view so many colors and so many types of sounds. Isn't that amazing? Being sensitive to yourself in this way. This is what we're asking of ourselves to do when we are mindfully meditating. We are asking ourselves to come further into contact with ourselves in a positive or in at least a neutral way. And if we feel ourselves oscillating to the other side, which is normal and natural, then the nature of Change comes to our aid and says, Oh, okay. I can be kind and understanding about this. I can be helpful and suggest positive things to do. Guiding ourselves, oneself, to accomplishment, to remembering the breadth and depth of each of our own creations. If we can have this conversation, we can do the rest. If we understand these words, then the words are ready to spring inside of ourselves. In a moment's yearning is all it takes. Energy to remember how precious each of us are. Bundles of miracles, humbled by our recognition of what we can conceive of in this universe, in creation, humbled, before the majesty, the sense of reverence, the sense of astonishment bringing into one's own mind, awe, as defined. It is something beyond comprehension, this immensity of creation. We do our best, but it is fruitless because it is so beyond us when in actuality we take even the miraculous nature of our own beings for granted. How many simultaneous events does one think is occurring in their own body? Right now. Five, five million, five billion, five trillion, actually more. It is inconceivable for us to understand even our own nature, much less anything beyond our own noses. We can deal and move in probabilities, in possibilities. How do we acquaint ourselves with these concepts or subjects or goals or aspirations we create... by thinking about them, by practicing, by naming them in one's heart, by verbalizing the words above the threshold of sound or beneath, both. Writing them down, all ways... are better. More is the answer. We are cousins, remembering we are the same. Everyone has an equal capacity to learn. It is here. You and I are forgetful. Multitasking, of course, able to do great things and have already accomplished so much, yes, undeniably, are rich in cultures and spiritual traditions and forms of government and all sorts of different things, and yes, to be amazed at, to be in awe of our own development in a short span of time, number of millions of years, or even the last twenty thousand years, as man has reached a critical point where there is recorded history. So the dawning of the Aquarian age has begun. The music continues for another minute. Ponder, have an incredible day remembering just how precious you are.
