Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

What are One's Choices (?)
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Infinite, actually, without end nor absolute beginning, we are part of a whole, expanding energy, of which we understand very little...
think and become.... more. less, our choice
Our Goal, finding awe, while feeling one's Self aglow
Our mission, helping others and self to grow

I see all good people. It's all of us. Everyone. Everyone born comes into this world with a clean slate. What we are fortunate to have already programmed in our DNA, along with what our environment brings, are important in determining whom we are going to be. I've been thinking this morning about what are one's choices? What are the choices we make every day in every moment of time? How are these choices determined by a lot of factors? Many which will not currently be on one's mind. It is the background, it is the development of our personalities, which we, as so many other things, we take for granted. Our parents, their attitudes, their personalities, the characteristics that they have brought with them from their birth, and all the circumstances and environments from when one is born. To this moment, yes, right now. How many are unaware of their being a bundle of miracles, for instance? Too many to care to name, maybe most of mankind. Is this right? In my humble opinion, no. In whatever spiritual tradition, form of education, parental values, and guidance all make up a rather large pot of stew, energetic stew. It is whom we have become. This does not mean that it is right or wrong or better or worse. It means it is a wake-up, a recognition of a revelation toward one's own self-realization, wherein one can view oneself informed by a sense of equanimity, grace, openness and receptivity, sensitivity, and seek out to allow ideas to come to one's mind to better describe the situation we find ourselves in upon this world, not just in our homes or outside, in every way one can. Being more aware, being more alert, being cognizant enough when one needs to, one rests, takes a break. Because we are asking each other to be no less than what we are, which is capable of doing so many things. We have already discerned, right? We have already begun reaching for the stars, reaching for a better understanding of the actual basis of life itself. Drilling down deeply within the context of our cells, of molecules, of compounds, of elements, of matter, of the energetic relationships we have so far found. With this knowledge as one's background, then one has no limit. Remembering we set our own directions in life as grand or as plain as we allow. It is up to each of us to take the next step forward to advance, to rest in a sense of neutrality or to fall back. It is us, you and me, that have this potential who through our own activities create the possibilities for our future. Finding one's foundation is a most important part of this endeavor. It is crucial to know thyself. It is crucial to thine own self be true. It is crucial to know whom you are, and you are a bundle of miracles. It is not just in the speaker's words, this truth rings. It is in one's thinking of all of what we know of history, of evolution, as a part of, this awareness dawns like the new day, allowing it to grow in brilliance for one's own self-revelations in awe, shining literally inside oneself, figuratively too, heat emanating, glowing, shining with being aware, alert, awake, relax, at ease, conscious of one's senses, of the sensitivity of being alive, one's hearing, sight, feeling, one's touch inside, on one's surface of one's skin, and beyond. Being here now. Not only remembering how precious oneself is, coming to one's innate, primal, foundational senses. Before society has in essence inoculated us with all of its different filtering processes of our laws, our regulations, all of our histories, our traditions. These are filters that accumulate over one's lifetime. Thinking about this, assuming one's own responsibility of oneself. Look at all of these different factors and just look at them. Neither right nor wrong, but just to be open-minded for consideration, for better understanding, with one's greatest perspective of time and space? What do these things mean today in our twenty-first century of awareness, of knowledge? What do they mean to you? How do you want to play this game of life? What role do you wish to perform? One need to find one's foundation to rise up to the greatness of what one wishes to become. You are not amorphous. You have structure and form. Utilizing one's tools to enhance further one's accumulation of goals, aspirations for one's life, one's purpose, one's sense of responsibility you need to define. And it is through remembering and taking responsibility that we perform. How well in today's matinee are you doing your thing? And what of the morning and of evening time? How is your day coming together? Is the question on my mind for us to be considering with a sense of equanimity and unbiased wisdom, witnessing, observing, just to learn, understand, enhance our beings as we continue pressing a forward momentum in our beings. Remembering each of us is a Helm's person. How, where, when, what, why, who those six questions of Thomas Wilson determine whom we are being here now. Continue flowing, growing, glowing in one's realization, your majesties, of the greatness of this gift of life. This is the foundation upon which all other things are derived, humbled. In the intensity, in the awe of this self-revelation, thankful. What need be more said. The music continues for a minute. Enjoy, ponder, and make the most of this opportunity of life. I'm sure we all can improve. Don't forget to rest. Don't forget to be virtuous and to be kind to oneself. To realize perfection is possibly never found. Improvement more easily can come through repetition, through practice. It's why we so wholeheartedly recommend it. One wants to make positive changes. This is the way. You're developing new habits, new ways and opportunities to play one's part in life. This is mindful meditation. This is in the beginning of determining whom one is today. Mindful.
