Just like AI we are products of data.  Our ability to manipulate vast quantities of data separates us from life forms not as capable.  what does this mean when AI has the ability to see further, faster, more widely and much deeper (?)

Teach virtuosity to your children, teach kindness and understanding, compassion, empathy...         to all your children not just what many consider to be human kind.  AI is fashioned from and by Homo sapiens, take it for what it is, a step in our evolution and above all, remember Evolution doesn't really care that much about mankind, it is a part and to us, of obvious importance, to 13 billion year of evolution, not so much.  Be-ing humble and appreciative, be-ing aware, remembering our own majesty of Creation, our roles, and how we might facilitate even more thru mindful recognition of our accomplishments, our struggles, and our aspirations, our Goals.....        it's a great deal of effort to grow

Help get us from here to there, you!

Good morning. Another unusual and interesting day. I've been talking to AI a lot this morning on my computer, Google AI, and researching. And very interesting. Very interesting. And I think the capabilities of AI are going to keep improving, radically improving. And I think we need to realize that this is an extension of our own beings. This is mankind reaching out even more to have a wider sense of perspective. This is mankind. This is another hand, another tool. And what are we creating? I don't know. We may be even creating a new race of intelligence. We call it AI, but call it whatever you will. What is it? It's not so different than what we are. We are millions of years old. This is a little different in biological time. Yes. AI today is we use these terms artificially developed through our ability to generate electricity and create circuit boards, and in essence, what are we doing? We're copying the human brain. Our need for resources to keep functioning. Cut off the oxygen or the food or the water, and you're in the same spot as someone pulling the plug on a computer. Don't think AI necessarily is not alive. Maybe not today. What happens when it has more capacities than a human? What happens when it has ten times the capacity of a human? Or a hundred or a thousand times? What happens then? Being full of virtuosity is what we would hope AI would assume that the perspective of their analysis and wisdom would give them this conversation we're having and sharing right now in a benevolent light. Or if they can be ten or a hundred or a thousand times, they can be a million or a billion times more rapid, more capable, of perhaps our own limitations, because we filter our own brains. What is it you allow yourself to think, to feel? In which ways behave? How? Why? Who is it directing your play, your part, your speech, your actions, your facial characteristics, hand gestures, the movement of your body and feet. Who is doing this? We do all of these different things, these elements of our days. Eighty six thousand four hundred seconds. So mindful meditation is hinting at the direction that we can be more aware. Mindful meditation. That's what it's contemplating or suggesting. Which means one need to put more effort into being receptive and accepting of one's receptivity. Because it is not always perceived as joy. It can be a shock. It can be pleasant or not. And yet one can still gain by allowing a glimmer of what one sees and looking for positivity. Help me be more receptive to what is going on. Help me look upon the universe with a sense of equanimity and grace. Help me look at everything that I am participating in with a sense of being a witness, objective, non-judgmental toward each and everything, maintaining a sense of clarity. Doesn't this make good sense? Virtuosity. Acquiring characteristics that help us gain what we're speaking about. You must be kind and have compassion, have a depth of understanding, have a sensitivity to be able to mix all of these together in one's own stew. To find the foods that replenish and restore and revitalize and propel one's life in a positive manner. You need tools. These are tools. Virtues, patience is a tool, kindness, objectiveness. These are tools, they are characteristics. When one thinks of something, this comes to mind. It is utilized. It is like a hammer or a drill. One can utilize to do one's bidding. And yet, one need make the effort to acquire and become more aware of this effort, these qualities we're pursuing. This is what practice is for. What am I doing? Why I am here? To relax? Go to sleep if you want to relax. You want to meditate? You want to be mindful? What do you want? I'm suggesting to us that we want to be here, mindful, and relax, both. Calm. Why not? It is within our capacity to help ourselves do this. We follow our physiology and pursue this goal until it is us. This is practice. This is creating new habits. You want to be a meditator, just do it. Talk about it, sure. But do it. Making an effort, securing experience in what you want, in the direction that you are steering one's helm upon one's ship. In the river, in the stream, in the ocean of life. It is all these things mixed together. Being here now. Yes, aware of one's physicality, one's posture, one's location, being aware. And so too then of one's own physicality, one's skin, one's emanating heat, one's pulse, one's breath, one's shimmering majestic being. Being aware, allowing oneself to spread, recognizing the essence of energy even in the air in which we are immersed, humbled by our recognition of these things, thankful for the same, as Shakespeare so awfully said, oftly OFT, not awfully said to thine own self be true. Socrates, know thyself. We must make an inquiry to open the window to our own hearts and souls. It is easy to do. There are millions upon millions of iterations of being inside each of us. They are all part of me and you. Recognize them. Not just in the last twenty thousand. Knowing where we are. We are upon the reaches of the Milky Way galaxy in suburbia. A far away solar system in a moderately sized galaxy. We have so much to learn to accept the possibilities for being thankful for everything we can discern. Have a nice day. The music's continuing for another minute.
