Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

We like our sense of vision very much, so we tend to see many things which are perhaps not really or are border-line vision as much as possibly visualization and self created imagery,
it's all good, yet, defining "each unique moment" of time is a task of responsibility. Taking it seriously, with humor and grace, considering it with as wide a perspective as conceivably possible is another important pre-requisite. thinking is an Art as much as a means of moving thru time / space... it is a tool one can shape and guide....

Good morning. I see all good people. Basically, that's human nature. To be sociable, to be outgoing, to want to play, to be friendly. Weren't you this way when you were a child? Many of us were, some not. Both are okay. We are all different and unique. We are also cultivated by all of the ingredients that are part of us from not only our historical evolutionary DNA, yet also including our environment, our parents, our siblings. So there are going to be many different personality types. It is natural that it would be this way. Finding oneself in a comfortable posture, undisturbed, aware increasingly of one's homogeneity, one's wholeness. Feeling one's skin as the boundary between what's inside and what's outside of one's own physical being. Feeling the textures or what's going on at this point of embarkation. What are the cilia, the hair on one's body saying? What are the sensory cells on the surface of one's skin intimating to us? Some places, are there pressures, probably somewhere, right? Your feet, your buttocks, laying down, somewhere there should be some sense of pressure. One's clothing, one's closeness to someone else, possibly one's warmth. Here we are warm. Creating thermal energy, creating all kinds of energies, many of which we are unaware. Learning to feel, learning to visualize, learning to understand, learning to believe. What do we believe? Is the earth flat as it was several hundred years ago to mankind? No. What we know is always changing. Isn't what you're thinking now going to be different than what you thought an hour ago or will think in an hour from now? You are not the same. How could you be with each moment of time passing? What is in one's mind is going to be changing. In all of the sixty minutes and the sixty seconds in each minute of time, for this to occur, three thousand six hundred moments. Being aware. Not only is one's skin sensitive with this warmth being emanated from the muscular activity of one's heart and lungs, diaphragm, maybe stomach, one's bustling mind. But feeling the pulse which has etched itself already in one's cells for the duration of one's life. Because every moment one's heart squeezes blood through one's vascular system, oxygenated and then carbon dioxide laden throughout one's body, from the tip of one's nose to the bottom of one's feet, feeling one's pulse, allowing it to undulate through oneself, allowing oneself to feel what's actually occurring. The pulse begins in the heart and radiates outward, feeling, feeling, feeling. Whatever you feel is all right. Maybe there's nothing there and you need help. So take two fingers of one hand and place them under the thumb at the crease of one's wrist and press gently in and feel the radial artery and spend some time if you don't at first succeed. Feeling it's easy to do. Finding along your wrist under your thumb, facing upward, your pointer and middle fingers. We're all doing this, it's a good thing to do. It's a sign we are alive, it is cause of celebration. Your Majesties, and I mean all humankind. Do not forget whom you are, for this is the greatest gift that could be given for each of us is our own lives being here, present in one's own being, in one's own body, in one's own mind, and combined with this entirety of a planet, let your mind unwind and be at peace and calm, allowing yourself to settle, be a part of this foundation of life, this now of being upon the planet Earth in the star system SOL, in the galaxy we call the Milky Way. How incredibly lucky we are. Easy to forget because we take everything for granted. And all we're seeking is to be more aware. Mindful meditation, breathing, pulsing. Just what we've been talking about. Feeling one's heat, feeling beneath all three of these: one's breath, being aware of, of course, your inhales, your pauses, exhales, and pauses before we begin again. Inhaling. And underneath the pulse as it reverberates through one's body, underneath it, and of course, underneath the energy emanating through every cell, this warmth, feeling our core, helping keep us at approximately ninety-eight point six degrees Fahrenheit. Beneath this, or within this, or as a part of this also. And what do you think I'm thinking of? Maybe you don't know. Maybe you have been shimmering in your own majesty this whole time, smiling in awareness, in one's own being here, alive, bundles of miracles. We don't even know. We don't even know. We don't even know. Three, four hundred years ago or five hundred years ago, the earth was considered to be flat, the horizon, the limit, always further in the distance. Today the universe appears the same way. We look in our telescopes and go, oh boy. It keeps receding in the distance. I see more galaxies, more suns, more worlds, more possibilities of existence. But are we on the plane or the beginning of an understanding that even within the context of the plane of time and space, there is more... other realms, other dimensions, other properties, of which yet we don't understand... being here inquisitively, wondering, seeking improvement in one's own being. That's all we've got. Our next moment is our introduction upon the stage of our new life, our new moment's creation, virtuosity comes into play. Once one is aware, what does one do? I'm thinking we have a responsibility, my opinion. We have a role, each of us, a possibility, a potential. What are we asking of ourselves? No more than to take the next step with a positive attitude, with your spirit lifted, with your eyes actual or visualizing them shining bright, curious, with a smile, with a sense of joy rising in one's being. This is all we can wish for. For you must live your own life. You must make your own way. No matter what, it is this way. We are here now, bundles of miracles. With all that has been said, and hopefully to the depth and intensity I wish it to be for you. May you be humbled as am I in the awe of just spending a little time thinking about what is thankful for every moment of time. The music's continuing for another minute. Stay, enjoy.
