Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

Hello, hello, hello. How does one accomplish anything? By doing. By thinking? Or by physically setting out to and making an effort and accomplishing something? How do we get things done? By doing them. This means we must prioritize what we are setting out to do. We only have 86,400 moments in our day to accomplish whatever we're thinking about, whatever we're doing, wherever we're putting our effort. So a bit of organization will help. But before this, we have to wake up. We need to usher in and welcome the morning or afternoon or night, depending on our schedules. Say hello. Transforming, assisting, helping, allowing, being receptive to "fundamental." What is the most important thing we do? We wake up. How well does one wake up is the question. Don't you think there are varying degrees of alertness, of one's attitude, of one's integrity, of one's thinking, of positive and negative correlations and environments, and one's assimilating as much information and data as possible, as conceivable. And how does all of this occur? Through effort, through becoming more experienced, more knowledgeable, for reaching out, for being curious, for finding a sense of accomplishment, satisfaction, joy in contributing to one's own awareness. Everyone who is hearing these words has this goal. Allowing it to surface, unmask one's being. It is evolution guiding us. It is not you nor me. It is the quest for more differentiation, more definition, more creative and complex being that is governing everything, has been for billions of years. It is for you and I, yes, to strike out on our own paths to accomplish what we feel we need. Formulate good goals and steps to reach our goals as we continually create them. Because one can have many goals. You can have a goal for the next hour, the next day. Some sense of longer term goals and... being here now, As a bundle of miracles, what is the most important opportunity one can be aware of? Him or Her Self. Who has the greatest opportunity and potential to help determine one's path, one's journey, one' Self. Who then therefore is responsible, a steward of one's own being? In every way, in every moment of time, it is one Self. Therefore, filling oneself with a sense of virtuosity, of creating goals and organization to help formalize and simplify one's path towards one's goals, help further one's rewards, one's efforts being positively affected by what we are doing. We can have intentions and then allow them to drop or to change or fade. Everything is changing. Every moment of every day, we need to continually remember whom we are, what we are. There is much to remember going on. And though this world we share is filled with diversions, infinite in the diversity of, we must still keep our heads above the clouds, this complexity, above the surface of our world, and gaze into the stars. All directions, & come again to remember. We are only one species upon one world. In one solar system, in the suburban reaches of a galaxy called the Milky Way. It is all we are. And we are but a very, very small part. This is mindful meditation. It is not getting to mindful meditation, it is as a result of focusing one's mind, concentrating one's effort in a positive, virtuous manner flowing through the currents of life and time.
SpeakerWe fail often, I do at least, to consider these notions of success and failure as just moments of time. One better correlate an analysis by keeping oneself as a witness rather than as an involved participant, to understand the nature of what's going on. Remember the perspective we wish to share. Peaceful, when one is immersed not only in the atmosphere of our planet, but in the atmosphere of the creative energy of creation, the Oneness everywhere. It may be one does not feel comfortable or necessarily aware of this celestial energy, and yet there would be nothing if it were not here. Just acceptance will do. Feeling will come, becoming more open.
SpeakerOne becomes more open by accepting, being receptive. It is not technique, it is being here in a new expanding, enlightened manner, making effort, positive qualities sought. Yes, sit and be postured, undisturbed. Be aware of the stimulating essence of one's body, one's five senses, one's physicality, one's feeling of oneself breathing, feeling oneself pulsing, feeling oneself emanating heat and other kinds of energy, feeling one's whole body vibrating with life energy be immersed in this atmosphere being created simultaneously within us, breathing it in, pausing, breathing it out, pausing, being here, feeling one's heat, one's pulse, one's shimmering majesty. It is here, always, when we pay attention. So what is the most important thing one can do? Wake up. How do we get things done? By doing. It is simple. We have not been educated to be this way, and this is changing. The music's continuing for another minute, remembering just how lucky we are to be a bundle of miracles, humbled, appreciative.
