Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

Going Beyond narrow Perspective
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
it is just this, we are all attempting,
when we first yearn to lift our heads to better see our world,
when we reach out to grasp, feel,
where is your Heart,
bring it here, fill it with love
Our Goal, finding awe, while feeling one's Self aglow
Our mission, helping others and self to grow

I see all good people. Good morning. The innocence of babes is such an incredible opportunity to study human nature and our natural inquisitiveness, our curiosity, and under healthy circumstances, a joy of just being alive, of seeking to grow, to be nourished, to share, to be part of, to become. We have a lot to be thankful for. Our position relative to the other species on this orb, our planet Earth. Being sentient, we are in a particularly valuable way. One full of responsibility, and also potential. Mankind over the millennium have developed capabilities, understood better our own resources in our world, in the energies of all kinds of all sorts, and made many things, many advancements over time. More difficult has been our transition through our own awareness, our own psychology, our own way of interacting and responding or reacting to our environments as they are constantly shifting and changing. We all know it's a great study today of psychiatry and psychology and neurology and how all these different aspects of physicality interplay. And then we expand our perspective, and then it becomes a conversation. It is now one, it is all we're looking at. Because no one is outside of the realm of what we're all in together. This universe, this world, this locale, this environment each of us is in. Our families, our friends, our co-workers, our co-species, where we live, our habitat, land, sea, air. All of these things are exerting influences upon us, changing, oscillating, like a kaleidoscope in every moment of time, shifting. And we need to find ourselves in somewhat of a state of equilibrium. We need to harness what we have learned through our life experience and what we are born with from the experience given us by our DNA, evolution. It is a daunting challenge to do this, and no one should disparage the difficulties. It is to become, to have aspirations and goals, to do the things we realize we can be. Improved. From the conjunction of all these different aspects we're discussing, why suffer, when we "can" intelligently utilize our human resources, going beyond narrow-minded perception. And this is attributable to everything in whatever environment we find ourselves in. We utilize an expanded toolkit of perception to help us make our way through difficulty as well as enhance pleasure, our goals. How, with wisdom, experience, grace, these different points in space, in time, in reflection, in thought... Focus, aware, alert, alive, awake, finding, one becoming enhanced, one's perspective widening, one's physiology tingling with energy, as it should be when one is alive. Being here now, a bundle of miracles, humble by the grace of one's conception of godliness which encompasses us all. Thankful.
SpeakerMr. Zaran is busily in the midst of finding a new residence, and it has a time dimension on it. So it's not something I can leisurely pursue, but must pursue diligently. This is my own personal responsibility to accomplish in a relatively short amount of time. And so I feel as if I have been tossed into the water, so to speak, and now need to find my equilibrium and learn to swim in this new environment. I'm very fortunate to have these tools to support my efforts. Consider these things for yourself. I'm sure each of us in our own way have instances, responsibilities, obligations which require us to do what we may initially think as difficult, even distasteful, and yet need to be accomplished. We can, and we do choose, in how we go about what we're doing in every moment of our days. Pause. Hit the pause button, and remember whom we are. It goes a long way to changing everything. The sky in one's visualization begins to clear. And here you are, glowing, an orangey red glow, just like our sun, from whom we are showered literally with life, giving energy. This music continues for another minute. Please ponder these things from your own perspective and practice all day, not just now, but all day. And be understanding and kind and considerate of oneself as well as all others.
