Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

think about Life upon this Planet
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
It's all about us and what we are thinking, open minded and yearning to know and practice more of be-ing the best one can or more close minded, protective of what "you have assumed," and are comfortable with...
both are starting points for every new moment, both are OK, both are to be expected, both signify change is in the Air, because the nature of our Universe is oscillating energy....... by definition, everything is changing all the time
smile, it's the same for everything, an opportunity to raise one's game, one's consciousness, this is the inherent purpose of all spiritual traditions.....
Seek and yea shall find,
Ask and it shall be given unto You,
One's participation is in asking, in seeking....... to find, be-ing receptive, allowing possibilities to unfold which often times we have no idea about
Our Goal, finding awe, while feeling one's Self aglow
Our mission, helping others and self to grow

It is the most singular important event in our lives right now, this moment, this precious moment of life of recognition of awareness. It is hallowed in thy name, in every name. Acknowledging, coming to terms with one's own soul. Become more familiar with being here. As moment fades, new moments arrives. A cataclysmic event in time. It is the hand of a clock billions and trillions of miles wide. For everything, be grateful. Feeling one's heat, one's pulse beneath the heat. The responsible party of the creation of the heat emanating from one's chest cavity, one's heart, lung, and diaphragm muscles, creating mechanical, thermal energy. Just like one's brain, different kinds of energy emanating from our beings, being shared, communicated. You know, in the vacuum of space, there is no sound. There is nothing for the energy of one's vocalization to ride the airwaves on. Vibrate through on the way to one's ears. A physical medium. It's not there. However, there are still magnetic fields. Higgs field, electromagnetic energies, as well, a quantum mechanic basis populating this space, this structure, its potential, like the potential of sound in one's own head. There is a capacity, there is an awareness, a level between not having sound and having sound. It is a potential, a baseline, you might say a foundation. We're working with our foundations all the time. A different kind of energy is here, structural. It is a lower state of energy. And it is an energy that also can be and then disappear. So whatever that means, theory, quantum mechanics, a different state of energy. This world, on the other hand, is rich in ingredients. Our atmosphere is full of gases and solid and liquid particles. It is a fine medium, as we all know. A good idea to be more and more aware of this facet of being, of reality, of this moment that's existing. Our environment, creation. The design is randomness in the universe to some degree, yes. Think of just life upon this planet already. Since life began to form on this sphere three, four billion years ago, there have been five major catastrophic life extinctions where seventy-five or eighty-five percent of all life on this sphere - dying off, extinguished, unsustainable with the environment created. Maybe incomprehensible, but we can experience a conception, as limited as it is, it is still a conception, it is still a thought and worthy of review in one being aware. Five major events. IMHO, The most crazy one sixty six million years ago when an asteroid hit our planet. The asteroid was originated from the asteroid belt further out in our solar system. Two large asteroids collided and sent one careening out of its own gravitational rotation, its orbit, towards the Earth, which I believe took several million years to reach our planet from the asteroid belt, traveling at I think around 50,000 miles an hour a lot, you know, moving. And the size of Mount Everest, the volume, the amount of space this asteroid was composed of. When it hit the Earth, it caused a huge explosion. Ten billion times the nuclear explosion on Nagasaki. Ten billion times more powerful. A shockwave, a heat wave, and a vibrational wave created, instantly changing the environment, the atmosphere, the amount of sunlight this planet could receive, in such an extreme way. 75, 85, 90 percent of all life that had grown and evolved up to this time to become extinct.
SpeakerBeing here now, remembering it is a circuitous route being alive. And each moment is full of a journey of moments, eighty-six thousand four hundred constantly changing, and we are constantly reflecting upon the changes we're aware of. When we're sleeping, we have the most rest. The rest of the day, much more activity. All these different things we take for granted, the swallowing of liquids in our throats, walking, talking, hearing, seeing, smiling, feeling one's heat. And all of the rest of the things we can think of of our body's physiology, doing it on your own today, because while Zaran was recording this, the battery gave out and half of this presentation was never recorded. So, in a sense of "why not" celebration, allowing ourselves to create our own ending of our podcast, being here now, bundles of miracles, humbled by the immensity of all we're discussing. Thankful to have a mind, having a mind that thinks, your turn to fill in the blanks. Practice makes improvement, makes deeper. The music continues for another minute. Smile, have a great day, namaste.
