Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

What is beyond one's Sensitivity (?)
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
You won't know unless You try to expand it!
Haha, it's a catch 22.
for sure we can agree on one thing, we are here now and what this represents is "our unique sum total of awareness," how much do you want and are willing to grow (?)
this is the ultimate question, it's answer, the ultimate guide of One's Self.
And yet, are you even listening.... because, it's one's soul I'm talking about not one's egotistical birth personality full of Societal prejudices and mis-conceptions.
Sadly, it is a giant step and requires prodigious amounts of effort to rein in all we have learned which are only half truths, simultaneously allowing, a sense of acceptance for the unknown of which we are seeking...
bEst of Luck!
Our Goal, finding awe, while feeling one's Self aglow

I see all good people. Oh it's a nice way to start a day, right? How lucky we are to be able to witness our own sense of cognition, our own understanding, our own coming together and wanting to propel ourselves in positive and genuine ways, allowing oneself just to settle, become increasingly calm, filtering, accepting all the symbology of these words, what they mean to you, to your soul, allowing one's soul to blossom, allowing one's soul to be given an opportunity to express itself, allowing oneself to settle and be finding a comfortable posture. I like to be sitting cross-legged on a sofa, my back fairly straight, my chin up, my eyes closed, and feeling the texture of my skin. What's it touching? What's it feel like? Beginning to remember what is so easily forgotten. Our heat, the thermal energy radiating from our bodies, radiating, increasingly aware. Being cognizant of this form of energy, we're disseminating into the environment. We begin to think about more. What other kinds of energies are we speaking about? And we are speaking about them all, everything. Beyond our recognition, perhaps beyond our control, beyond our sensitivity. That's why we're here. To nurture and grow our sensitivities, our perspective, our understanding, our wisdom. Wanting increasing accomplishments and to grow, become more. It is evolutionary. This is not selfishness or some kind of a cloak that we have put on words or symbology. There will always be an infinite number of different opinions, a different variety of experiences, of course, are the causation of this. So we need to verify and to realize and keep remembering our own uniqueness. Whatever we choose to do is going to be based upon that which we have been and that which we are now, what we have accomplished, what we have set out to do. And have we learned or not from our successes and mistakes. Increasingly important to do. Practicing. And practicing to make whole, to allow oneself to settle into the depths of one's foundation, of one's physicality, is what we do in this technique of mindful meditation. We allow ourselves to be receptive, become more sensitive to any and all perceptions we initiate, we share. So finding a comfortable position, a posture becomes an element of opening our door to our own physicality. Are I comfortable? We've asked. So I know that we are each answering this question in our own unique way. Are we in an environment suitable for this dialogue? And of course, importantly, I am here now. That the effort has been made and the seed has been sown, and the payoff has already begun to sprout because we're feeling more calm, more peaceful, more at ease. And yet simultaneously we have a greater stirring inside of our beings. As the limits of our perceptions expand. Even with one's eyes closed, all of a sudden the room, the space grows in detail. The awareness of events affecting oneself, which are coming from outside of oneself, one's environment. The sun, a breeze, a murmur, a low hum, one's own internal five senses. If you are looking towards the light, do you see the optic nerve being activated by the light shining through one's eyelids? Orangy red glow? Or do you feel inside of one's own mind this ambient being of sound? The threshold of sound? Is it here? Does this absence of sound begin to appear in one's consciousness? Is there something going on? The possibility? The potential of sound? Being here now. We are here. I don't think it's a great leap to consider ourselves at this juncture on our voyage. Are we bundles of miracles? Enough for you or I to grasp something that is underrated most of our lives, most of our days, most of our flowing moments. Is it not time to be more aware and celebrate the majesty, of our incredible nature? This unfathomable creation we are a part of, allowing oneself to feel inside of oneself, feel your chest rising and subsiding with one's breath, doing this, keeping in mind the pauses in between one's inhale, exhale, and beginning of a new inhale again. The pauses, slight or long. If you're interested in it, each part can be even more calming by breathing slower and longer, deeper, wider, recognizing and paying attention to the pauses in between these muscular motions we're making, which is what? Also generating warmth, muscles expanding and contracting, creating thermal energy, which, as we will explain, builds and begins to be dissipated from this chest cavity region, this upper torso of ours, too, and through our vascular system, through our blood. The blood is warmed. Being aware. And where did we say the air came from that we are breathing much more sensitively in these moments? Where was this air a month ago? Is a genuine authentic question to consider. A month, thirty days ago. Being here. Making these considerations, these heightenings of our awarenesses, of our perception, firmly upon a foundation, asking for more, remembering one's blood we've just mentioned, one's heart squeezing and then releasing ninety thousand times every day. And what do we have to say about this? Taken for granted, remembering this is also part of the thermal energy, right? Where your heart squeezes, relaxes, it's adding to the thermal energy we've been speaking about, dissipated, of course, in and through our arteries and veins, moving around, moving about, feeling one's pulse, this squeezing, energetic activity, squeezing, remembering how lucky we are. You know, mammals haven't been around for that long. In the several hundreds of millions of years, but in geologic time, it's not much. Maybe ten percent of the length of time since the earth formed. Four billion years, four and a half billion years, so three hundred million years is around ten percent of that. Vertebrates came out of the water or developed from amphibians which came out of the water. This is godliness we're talking about. It is not in a human being, it is not in Jesus and Muhammad or Buddha or Krishna or any personages. It is in everything. They are a part of this, of course, and for our cultures and society it has been very important. Having helped form religions of great benefit and yet still having human limitations. We're talking about evolution, we're talking about fourteen billion years. We're not talking about a few million years or even thousands of years of Homo sapiens evolving. We're not talking about a man, we're talking about some incredible system of energy being dispersed further and further to the tune that even the planet Earth and our solar system, our galaxy, which encompasses all of us, right, is traveling from this purported point of explosion of energy at a million miles an hour today, right now, we are moving away from this impact. A million miles an hour. Right now, and as our blood feels its way, squirted and pushed through one's arteries and veins, feeling it, please. Learning to do it better if you don't have a facility to do this yet. You can take a finger or two and put on the wrist crease of your opposite hand, under the thumb, and press. You can feel in there the bones and the sinew, right? Your wrist and all that, and push down gently, and you will feel your radial artery because that's where it is. Look around a little bit if it doesn't come up on first. Ah, there it is. All right. And this is you. This is you, my majestic Homo sapien. You're alive. Your heart is squeezing blood through your body right now, and you're warm, and you're breathing, and remembering these things simultaneously, filling one's mind, making it one "whole" of this conversation. Being here, present, feeling one's pulse. Or for more advanced practitioners, you might feel it everywhere. You may be undulating in ecstasy, and this is a small reward for oneself, another moment's way of being filled, being a great vehicle of energy, having evolved in (to you and I) unfathomable ways. And yet we have a sense, but even our own birth. From one cell at conception, one cell, to one trillion cells upon the completion of nine months' gestation when we're born, to a trillion cells, from one to a million to a billion to a trillion cells, a thousand billion cells. When we are born, who's in control? Not you, not me. It is more than us. This is God. It is the sum total. Do you know how many religions there are in the universe on planets as yet unimagined? What are they all alluding to? What does each religion upon this sphere we have called Earth? What do they all allude? This infinite energy, the primordial energy of creation. Everything we do, everything we are composed of is of this one energy, modified, compounded, twisted, and turned. It is this way. Thinking again of our breathing as we are listening and journeying together, feeling one's breath, being aware of one's pulse, being aware of the heat emanating from our bodies inside, also, distributing this warmth to our toes, our fingers, our nose. Allowing this all to grow now in one's sensitivities, in one's sense of reception, you will find mindful meditation increasingly allows one to feel deeper and more potentials, perspectives, considerations, broadening one's abilities to ponder, to question, to answer, realizing, okay, let's look for more. I'm game. All of these things are occurring as we're speaking. And what is it we might be talking about? It is the most fundamental thing. You may like to put your fingertips together today. Just your fingertips, just barely touching and even not touching. Touching and then not touching, touching and not touching, like this. Just allowing them to be that light of a touch. The contact is constantly changing between the tips of your fingers and your thumb. Feeling down the digits of your finger, the first digit, the second, the third. Back to your knuckles. And feeling everywhere as, you know, as much as you would like to play with these suggestions. Allowing oneself, continuing to grow. And one begins to realize one's hands are shaking. One's fingers. When we draw it out a little bit, we realize so are our toes, our feet, our nose. Our whole body, in fact, is shimmering, which is a slight tremor or pervasive vibration. Shimmering with energy. It is something that makes the greatest amount of sense, and yet we ignore it so much that we are possibly in a state of disbelief that I am shaking with energy. But we are. In this way, finding one's focus, one's concentration, going through these routines of increasing one's contact with one's physicality. This is mindful meditation. It's beginning. It is this simple, it is universal for our kind. And it leads one to the illumination of our kind, of our contribution, of our potential as steward of our world with virtue, humility, appreciation. The music will continue for another minute, I invite you to linger, pondering, saying hello to your own soul, becoming more and more familiar with the greatness and the majesty of one's own being. namaste
