Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

endless in a word!
evolution points the way if we but pay attention,
and what are you or I doing in the meantime while we have this momentary
glimpse or glimmer of Life (?)
It's quite a question isn't it...

I see all good people now. And yet we have to ask ourselves where are we going wrong? That as much as we may be born innocent and naive and full of yearning to grow, we are miscommunicating all the time. Not only within ourselves, but as societies, cultures, spiritual traditions. Why are we seemingly, ceaselessly fighting? How many wars has mankind already participated in hundreds, thousands? Since only a few thousand years ago. It is not to be taken out of context. It needs to be considered within the realm of whom and what we are. It is, in some sense, evolutionary in origin. It is because of our past, because of the nature of our world, the survival of the f ittest. It is within this context we must explore. We need to have a sense of empathy, of compassion, of kindness, of generosity in our analysis. Otherwise, we most likely are going to repeat our mistakes again and again. It is an evolution in our intelligence, in our perception we are seeking to coalesce all of our thinking into greater possibilities. With the advent of artificial intelligence, to help us as organic intelligence, we have opportunities to increase our perception, our perceptivity, to better understand ourselves, to work in conjunction, just as we work with other tools, screwdrivers, hammers, saws, stoves upon which we can cook, pots, which we can fill with stews, refrigerators, where we can keep our food. The complexity of our world is increasing, and we need help to be able to analyze and think through all there is. When one looks down upon the end of one's own nose, utilizing both eyes. Doing this now. One sees two images. Even this is new. We think of ourselves as seeing just one thing, but in essence, it is two different parts of one's brain, your two cerebrums, with two different optic nerves, with two different eyes, and perceiving what we're talking about. And then changing the position of one's gaze towards the horizon or towards the sky, towards the sun or the moon, towards the stars. And one's perspective again is changing. Now the image is most likely just one, where your eyes have coordinated and overlapped their images, and yet it is still the same process going on. Being here now, present, beginning to shape and view one's own form, beginning to come to a conclusion we are a bundle of miracles, unique, special, with incredible opportunities before us. And yet we are called upon by our circumstances to change, to improve, because we need to. A modus operandi of how you help oneself to be calm, finding peace and tranquility. Doing this, you most likely already have. It is for us to pick and choose our individual path. How do we go about doing this? On what criteria do we move ahead? What can we utilize as a foundation? Our experience. And it so happens. We have come to understand we have millions of years of evolution upon which we literally stand. From the seas to the shores, to the forest and the plains, we have risen. It's an incredible story, evolution. Being here now, aware. And yes, we still have many questions, and there are many that most likely are going to remain unanswered for a considerable amount of time. And yet, with every passing moment, we are learning more. The opportunities for self-improvement are compounding in this age of technology, of possibility, of everyone's potential to learn, to grow, to act in new and better ways. It is available if one is interested, if one wishes to pursue this particular game. Virtuosity is a part of what you and I are doing. We want to do our thing in a positive, harmonious, and kindly way. It is our choice. There are many who choose different paths, another subject of what then we do. Communication is crucial to better understand, to help us lead ourselves, find a way to come to terms with each other. Why are segments of our societies in conflict when we are all basically the same? Ponder and thinking about these things. As one comes into contact with one's own being, smile, recognizing one's own possibilities, one's own changing nature, because change is in the air. It is everywhere, it is in every moment of existence, it is our natural state, oscillating energy, continually flexing and adapting to the circumstances of creation, being here now, witnessing oneself as a bundle of miracles, increasingly becoming humbled by one's own self-illumination of what's preceded us from our past and what our potential is for a future which is hazy unto our own visualization. We are playing a part. We can help our world, our futures change in an infinite number of ways. It is our choice. What do you, as an individual, plan or hope to do? What can you accomplish that will measure in what way? In positivity or negativity. It is one's choice. How you want to play, breathing with a sense of awareness, purpose, pulsing, in the same way, with awareness, being perceptive, increasing and exercise in being aware, of being sensitive, of cultivating sensitivity, of being increasingly receptive to what you feel, to what you say, what you think, what you feel you know, and being mindful to analyze what you are doing in a non-biased, witness, objective way, facilitating a better understanding and opportunity for one's change. Here we are, breathing, feeling this, and with one's practice diving in to one's own awareness, pulsing, doing the same, being aware. Where are you aware of one's pulse? Feeling one's thermal energy everywhere it is here. One's whole body is around a hundred degrees. It's warm, it's cuddly. Being aware, being aware of these processes we're speaking of, of our breathing in a relaxed manner. You know what to do. We as a species have been doing it for millions of years. We come born into our worlds with already a great deal of knowledge, of experience, of wisdom. How else would one grow from one cell to a trillion upon one's birth from one's mother's womb? In which or what way are we taking ourselves for granted? When we have such a wide and broad foundation in every way, utilizing this experience we have come to share in our current life form as best we may, as best we can, as best as we can grow and make an effort to improve, being aware then again of one's thermal energy and of the vibration shimmering beneath one's skin, feeling deeply inside, feeling a sense of ecstasy, as if one is just now coming alive, remembering it is not just in this moment, it is always shimmering inside, pulsing. One is breathing, one is thinking, one is alive, taking nothing for granted, being appreciative for life in itself is a gift. One doesn't have a ticket we have paid for. It is an opportunity to exist, making the most of what we have, thinking about our potential, being here now, bundles of miracles, humbled before the immensity of creation, and appreciative for being alive, for having this opportunity, as Shakespeare said, to be part of the play. The music continues for another minute. Please linger and ponder one's own being and how individually we can improve ourselves. I'm suggesting through our practice of attaining greater sensitivity and virtuosity. It is habit. We need form, it is consistency, discipline, perseverance, patience, kindness, understanding, compassion, empathy. We need communication between our fellow citizens of our world, the different species we share this world with. We are not alone here, and this world is not ours. We are merely the stewards, and we need to improve our efforts.
