I see all good people. Everyone, all of us, right? Are born as babies. So that's a beautiful thing. Even those people that we dislike a lot, you know, from historical perspectives, past leaders of different countries, and you know, things like that. They're not, when they are leaders, babies. They're not the same person. The person has changed over a lifetime. So this is what we're talking about. I so much like this saying. I just read this. I'm on the same roller coaster you are. This is the opportunity. One's life. Okay. Every moment we're alive, even when we are feeling a little bit overwhelmed because we're doing something we didn't set out to do, or we don't want to do for some reason, or have some sense of negativity associated with it, with this activity, this subject matter. We are letting ourselves down. Because there is no moment there is not sacredness attached to it, through it, under it, above it, all around it, in it. No one has guaranteed yours or my life, has given us some kind of a license to live or a contract. Right? You didn't get a paper when you came out of your mother's womb. You got a birth certificate, perhaps. But no ticket to your life, no guarantees, no nothing like this. You have one, and it is your DNA. This is the contract that we have with God or the sacredness of our creation. In the meantime, remembering the holiness of every moment we share. Breathing. Long and slow and deeply. Breathing in on a count of four. Long and slow. Take your time. Pausing for two. One and two. And exhaling through one's mouth to a count of seven or eight. Pausing again for one or two. Trying this on. Change the numbers as you like. It's for you. It's you who needs to tailor it for your individual size of your lung capacity and your desire. Your habit that you have in the way you breathe. The way you hold your body. Your chest open or do you close your chest? Do you bend forward or do you shrug your shoulders inward or do you open them up? Rolling your shoulders up and gently back. Opening up one's chest. So one has more capacity. It's like a sponge. Capacity. We are allowing it to expand to breathe. And this beautiful oxygenated air that we're breathing, where was it one month ago? Where was it? Across the Atlantic Ocean? Or the Pacific? Or the Arabian Sea? Who knows, right? I mean there's some magic to the moment, but there's also a way to think about it. Maybe it's from the Sahara Desert and it's made its way over from Africa. Right? It's amazing when we think about what we're actually a part of. The Jet Stream above our heads in the sky. In the atmosphere that's thousands of feet above us, miles above us. At least a few. Traveling at a hundred, two hundred, even more miles an hour. Whistling. As the earth rotates at about a thousand miles an hour. With us on it. We're rotating right now. We're in motion. The whole earth is turning like a top. And you and I are doing whatever we're doing right now. We're looking at each other with our imaginations and going, oh my god, I can't believe it, but it'si the truth. Being here now, realizing we are bundles of miracles. This is the simple truth. And gaining a sense of humility, realizing there is so much more than just you or me. Feeling a sense of gratitude and thankfulness for being alive. We are part of this universe, of this expression of creation. It's enough. Breathing, long and slow. Remember, this is one exercise, four, two, eight, maybe, whatever. Could be five or six, could be two or three or one. Could be six, seven, eight on the exhale. Could be again one, two, or three. It depends on what you're doing. You know, it depends on one's posture. What is your circumstance right now? What was it just a while ago? What is your state of mind? Everything is involved in fashioning the person we are presenting right now to ourselves, to the universe around us. The energy is flowing non-stop simultaneously. 24-7. In from the whole universe, us reciprocating. Out, feeling just your physical warmth is the inkling one has that something is happening. Yeah, it is. Believe it. It's here, it's real. Your mind sending out its energy. Emotions, Attention, Telepathy. Telekinesis. Yeah, pretty lucky. Pausing and taking a few minutes to remember how lucky. That's all. It doesn't have to be all day. But as much as one can during one's day to remember one's quest for virtuosity and open-mindedness; witnessing objectivity mixing them together... about what's going on everywhere in any way. Realizing again and again, we are all one family of mankind. These are good things. Enjoy the the rest of your day. Namaste.
