I see all good people now. Good morning. It's easy to not remember how lucky we are and to take for granted that we're waking up. And it's okay because we are multitasking creatures, and immediately we can become consumed by things we feel have importance. And they do because we feel that way. Be understanding and kind, full of compassion and empathy for oneself, for everything that is going on in this universe. Because why? Because it is a way to a greater sense of harmony and peace to be accepting and receptive to what's going on. Why? Because in this way one can learn from one's mistakes, which for sure we all make. We're swimming in a vast sea of moments. Sometimes we are turning left when we should be turning right. Sometimes we are turning right when we should be heading straight ahead. It is natural, again. What did we just say? To be understanding and kind, cheerful, smile, radiate happiness from a being inside more aware, like a light bulb illuminating oneself and the surroundings of oneself. There's a little trick to that because the surroundings of oneself are to the ends of creation. There are tentacles of energy emanating from each of us. Remembering what is the most important thing one does when one begins their day? Saying good morning could be. Finding a comfortable posture to sit or lay down or to stand and to gaze inside of oneself. Can be, especially when one utilizes concepts, tools facilitating one's own self-improvement. These kinds of moments are better spent than those of worrying or of anger or disappointment. You see, the waves of our reality are always tossing. How we respond is whom we are. Whom we are determines what we're going to do in these moments as they are spraying us or washing towards us, overwhelming us, or lapping us gently. Again, all of these different things are nuances of awareness. Being here now to remember, in my opinion, the most important thing one can do is remember whom we are, which is bundles of miracles, humbled before the immensity of creation, thankful for being smart enough to accept and realize the importance of this conceptualization. Because having this beginning broadens our base, our foundation upon which we contribute to our actions all day. When one wakes up and begins considering how fortunate we are just to be part of existence, of an existence that spans an immensity of both time and space. We as individuals or as a race of Homo sapiens or of any race or of any species or of anything, any place, is but a conglomeration of the primal energy of creation. We begin to fathom the complexity, the miraculous nature of our universe. One doesn't need stories and examples of any other greatness than creation. When you look down upon your hands or your feet, or in a mirror at one's face, the miracle is you. It is in this way one remembers. Before the other important things of one's day, and I know there are many responsibilities and objectives and things we want to accomplish in our daily routines. No question. Being aware much as we have these goals, there are going to be obstacles set before us, could be by ourselves, as much as circumstances or even others. We need all the tools, the possibilities, the potential we can muster to go forward rather than fall behind. I find this in my own life. This is the experience of this fellow human being in all humility. It is not easy to maintain, to move ahead. We are most likely and usually brought up in societies and cultures and spiritual traditions which do not foster enough individuality, self-initiative. What we're talking about. They have ulterior motives attached to them. Here we do not. Here we are just trying to understand the basic foundations of being, unvarnished, without touch up, and yet it is awe-inspiring to find when we drill down into the abyss, continuing infinitely in any or all directions, we find the same miracle of being. What greater miracle than this is one looking for. It is the ultimate miracle. It is not to say that there is not a place for all of these different traditions, cultural, societal, religious, because obviously there are reasons for their evolving over time. How many civilizations, forms of government, religions, different kinds of cultures have we had and continue to have today? Thousands of years of our evolution have been spent in making our way through these different processes, best to understand them and facilitate their good use. Each and all of them have beauty and attributes of positive natures we can adapt and learn from. Each has value. Being here now, comfortable, peaceful, feeling calm, tranquil, smiling, feeling a sense of grace, allowing, being receptive to one's foundation as we are settling into our unique individual physiologies. How very lucky we are to be alive, to have this opportunity to breathe, to share, taking as little for granted in one's own being as possible in our world, in each other as one can, reminding oneself throughout one's day of one's good fortune. Create for oneself a mantra of positive. Mine you know already is three phrases. I implore you to use something, to find something that you can rely upon to help facilitate a positive change in the moments one would conjure them up. Maybe you are beginning to feel disappointment or a sense of failure, or even a sense of glee and success. Better to have a sense of equanimity, of understanding. They are opposite sides of the same coin. To remember, to be humble, to be thankful, to realize one's own presence in the moment. These are important to me aspects of one's phrases, one's prayer, if you will, or mantra, one's self-affirmations. So again, when we speak of self-affirmations, I like to think of saying them with strength. Sometimes when people do prayers, it's an asking thing. I want you to help me. If you are waiting for someone else to help you, you may be waiting a long time. One needs action inside of one's own being. Yes, you can ask for help too. But ask oneself foremost, because it is your hand that you can squeeze into a fist or open. Ask the universe to do it for you now. Is it doing it? Maybe in a subtle way, maybe in another plane of existence. But as you are listening to these words and they are ringing in one's ears and passing through your eardrum into your cochlear area and into your auditory nerve and entering your brain and being assimilated and understood. No. You need to participate, and you need to participate from a position of strength, self-affirmations are crucially important, not very important. Your life depends upon the way you think and respond. And be kind, understanding, and compassionate, because we are not perfect. So you will find, as you measure your own being to understand oneself better, you will find both success and failure, and one needs to address them both the same. How can I improve? How can I make better? I am reflecting and accumulating experience and wisdom. You see, I am a bundle of miracles here now, humbled before the magnificence, the immensity of creation. I am thankful. The music's continuing for another minute. Linger and consider what we've discussed, please. And have a wonderful Friday. Have a wonderful everyday. Whenever you're listening to this, whatever time of day, how lucky we are.
