Zaran the Gardener, planting seeds of & nourishing our Soul with mindfulness
Aka, "Our Practice: Sharing" is a Returning to our Senses, Why? Who we are, forgotten, taken for granted, most likely, this describes all of us, then Remembering is important, which will lead us to realize how very much more similar we are than we usually think... Got around fifteen minutes, Let me help plant some seeds in your Soul. Mindfulness results from widening one's perspective in meaningful ways. It is more than just using meditation as a tool, it is how you use it that opens the doors. Usually, fellow practitioners don't talk about this or they cover it scantily as it takes a deep dive of investigating our Selves and gets personal real quick. Depth is how we learn to distinguish our foundation, sure we might stumble or step on some toes, yet, honesty & authenticity is what acts as our springboard to Success. Open mindedness is an important key.
My goal is yours, to improve in a soulful, harmonious manner. Simple experiences can lead to natural, easy ways to greater self awareness and clarity. There is no mystical or religious tone here, just accumulated scientific wisdom. Don't think that your possibilities are limited from the outside, it is more "our selves thinking" that limit whom we are. Change, as in "all of the Universe" constantly shifting, is actually part of our gift as it is always nudging us, jostling us to respond or react, bingo, that is whom we are, whom we are.... now. If you are as tired of failure as I have been, if you want to change your Life in positive ways without mumbo jumbo, if you are disappointed when help starts asking for money, and if you are ready to commit (not to me), but to your Self, to your Practice, then welcome aboard. If not, we are always here.
The cost is still considerable, not in currency, it is in your commitment of time, I don't take it lightly, 15 minutes of formal mediation is a lot, begun best at the beginning of one's day (better to benefit you), we accept all forms of excuses when you can't, but understand, it is "practice" that actually helps one improve. Even if you can make 5 minutes that will do to start. What this means is "you" are beginning to develop "whom you want to be" in your practice sessions. If you are not there or not being attentive, or not committing, then how can you expect to proceed and succeed? Many live and die, never to know what it means to be fully alive, never appreciating the simple gift of life we have been given.

Pause, Change, Rise-ing in One's Own Heart
Use Left/Right to seek, Home/End to jump to start or end. Hold shift to jump forward or backward.
Where does one begin to journey to them Self,
interesting question,
from whatever way you find an entrance....
Yet, be aware, there are easy ways to find one's Soul,
it is to open one's awareness of one's own majesty,
of one's own Evolution through Creation, literally!
where does this start (?) Maybe, most easily by following one's own physicality.
Why (?) Because we each are adequately aware of our hearts and lungs and the processes they represent.
Practicing following these two process is an extraordinary be-ginning
to begin to know a deeper self named you!
What (?) How (?) Just by making an effort
Our Goal, finding awe, while feeling one's Self aglow
Our mission, helping others and self to grow

Testing one, two, three. Hi. Taking a moment pause. Think before one's ego steps in, calling across all time and space, all directions, inside and out. How remarkable lucky we are to be alive, be able to think, to breathe, to have a sense of continuity between one moment and the next. Surely we are the children of God. And just as surely with this statement are each of us a representative of God. And surely with these statements, we have a responsibility, a stewardship to uphold and appreciate, making our very best efforts to not only improve ourselves in every way one can fathom, also include everyone, everything, everywhere else. Why not? Is the question, when? perhaps one begins to become overwhelmed or one's ego steps in, creating a sense of ignorance. Because one is never alone, there is a constant state of communication going on. We are calling in all directions, each of us, and receiving in this very same way, finding a sense of calm, grace, and humility inside of one's heart, soul, one's mind. Following inside however you wish and please. Maybe following the next breath into your lungs, or feeling one's pulse as your heart squeezes oxygenated blood through your arteries and veins. This also is a good way to be waking, or study with one's eyes, detail, specificity. Why not? Feeling with one's whole being, a sense of focus and concentration of all, for the intricacy of whatever one is looking at, the colors, textures, depths, shades, the miracle, everything that one can possibly imagine is here for you and me. Being kind and cheerful, smiling, generous, pleasant to oneself, one's very most interior being, and everything, everyone else. If by chance, and likely, one is disturbed by this and finds it inconvenient, incongruous to one's nature, to one's prior thinking, relax. It's okay. We are brought up to be of a certain persuasion by society, culture, religion. Remembering each of us is a son or daughter of God. It is. If you want verification, look at your hands or distinguish the taste in one's mouth, finding the radiance of godliness. It is this way. Mindful meditation, learning to be increasingly sensitive of the fabric of being here, now, present. In this incredibly diverse expanse of inclusive, detailed universe. It is not one religion, nor culture, nor subspecies of Homo sapiens. It is everything joined together by the inherent energy of creation, what we call godliness or God. Isn't this everything? So? This is everything. Is it clothed in one of our current popular religions? No. There is room for all. The religions of today have served and continue to serve a purpose. Let that purpose become even more vital and grow, nurturing and guiding ourselves to improvement. Getting along, remembering we are one species of mankind. Celebrate, don't denigrate, caress, don't push away. Focus and concentrate instead of retracting or ignoring. Brighten one's being and all that finds itself in your way, one's journey. This is a worthy goal. Taking little steps, knowing because of your intelligence and experience you are going to falter and fail. And knowing also from your experience and desire, improvement is just ahead. Rise up stronger somehow, some way. For It Is in the very awareness we begin. It is not a straight up or down path. It is jagged like a saw blade. It is jagged like energy, which we are made of. Remembering how important perspective is when we are speaking, when we are conversing, remembering. Remembering across time as well as space. Remembering, thinking in one's conversation of all of your and your fellow communicants, life's journey. Think of each other as babies, as children, and such and so forth. How this will change the way you think and respond. Follow your breath and your pulse and your shimmering majesty into "repeatedly," one's own being, remembering your majesty, your other name, as a child of God, each and every one. Please enjoy and prosper in one's day with a broad smile. Why? Because we are remembering whom we are.
